***Jenna's POV***

'So, when are you seeing lover boy again?' Rebecca asked as we caught the bus to college, a week or so after my date with Michael.
'He's not lover boy!' I protested, dodging the question.
'He so is,' she laughed, shaking her head at me.
'Nope, no lover boy for me,' I sighed in mock sadness.
'Well whatever, when are you seeing him?' She persisted with her previous question.
'Oh I don't know,' I shrugged, unlocking my phone.
'Well just text him and ask if he wants to meet up! Take initiative!' She commanded, gesturing to my phone.
I groaned, pretending to text Michael to arrange a date.
"Rebecca is trying to force me to see you again" - Jenna
"Ew why would you want to do that?" - Michael
"No idea, you're not even hot" - Jenna
"True true" - Michael
"Wait, you were being sarcastic right?" - Michael
"Yes idiot" - Jenna
'I worry about the state of this world,' Rebecca sighed as a group of girls got on the bus in matching Luke t shirts.
'I cry,' I groaned, burying my head in my hands.

###

'Suuuuuurprise!' Michael giggled as I climbed into the minivan that was really too big for one person.
'Hmm yeah super surprised,' I grinned, settling into the seat next to him.
'Seatbelt on?' The driver called from the front.
'Yeaaaah!' Michael cheered in reply, shifting his hips so I could secure the seatbelt.
'Have you been drinking?' I asked with a laugh as he side hugged me, planting a kiss on the top of my head.
'Nope just happy to see you,' he smiled.
'I feel like that is the reply to a different question,' I giggled, leaning into his side as the car pulled away from college.
'Was a park picnic a good idea?,' Michael asked, raising his eyebrows.
'Sounds nice,' I smiled up at him.

###

'Did you ever find the money you lost?' Michael asked as we lay on our backs next to each other on the blanket he had brought.
'No,' I pouted, sitting up and looking down at him.
'Aw, well I'm glad you lost it,' he smiled, tucking a strand of hair behind my ear.
'Me too,' I smiled softly. 'Well, kind of.'
'How was college?' He asked, grabbing my hand from my lap.
'Boring. As usual,' I shrugged as he played with my fingers.
'Not a good enough answer,' he raised his eyebrows, giggling as I sighed deeply.
'I don't know what you want from me,' I scowled.
'Just tell me about your day, I don't care I just like your voice,' he grinned, bopping my nose with his finger.
'Well I dunno, I got the bus with Rebecca,' I shrugged. 'There were girls in Luke shirts and the bus was really full so that was gross.'
'Rebecca is the one that came out with us the other week right?'
'Yup. College was really boring, English language is rubbish at the moment,' I nodded, continuing with my story.
'Why?' He stuck his bottom lip out.
'Its stupid, my teacher is a prick compared to last year and she makes the work ten times more difficult,' I shrugged, reaching across his body to grab the strawberries he had brought.
'Its not stupid, if it makes you unhappy its important,' he argued, opening his mouth for me to feed him once he had finished speaking.
'Its only for like eight months its fine,' I shook it off, holding a strawberry just out of his reach.
'Quit teasing,' he whined as I moved it slightly when he reached up to bite it.
'Make me,' I challenged, eating the strawberry for myself.
'That sounded like a challenge,' he smirked, sitting up so our faces were level.
'Maybe it was,' I shrugged, leaning back on my hands.
'Oh yeah?' He asked, moving his face closer to mine.
'Yeah,' I giggled, butterflies taking flight in my stomach.
'I'm gonna kiss you now, is that okay?' He asked, voice barely a whisper.
'Yeah,' I consented, breath catching in my throat as his fingers ghosted along my cheek.
His lips touched mine, barely even there, causing my eyes to flutter shut. His hands tangled in my hair as the pressure of his lips grew, my body falling backwards as I moved my arms up to wrap round his neck. We broke apart giggling and gasping for breath as Michael's body followed mine, hovering over me.
'Well that was decent,' Michael joked, kissing my lips quickly.
'Its cold,' I shivered as he sat back, his body heat leaving mine.
'Do you want to leave?' He asked, suddenly shy.
'Its late, do you want to come back to mine?' I asked, blushing as his eyes widened.
'Oh I see how it is, one kiss and you're begging for more of this?' He teased, gesturing to his body.
'Shut up or I'll leave you here,' I glared at him.
'You would never,' he shook his head, gathering everything up and taking my hand.
'Want me to call my dad?' I asked, giggling as we walked out of the park.
'Yeah, I think Gary has abandoned me,' he laughed, pulling me closer.
'Do you not have any security?' I asked, looking up at him with confusion.
'Not tonight, they kind of ruin the whole romantic feel,' Michael winked, leaning down to kiss the top of my head.
'Aw,' I cooed, dialling my dad's number.
'Hi dad can you pick me and Michael up like now?' I asked him as soon as he answered.
'I suppose, where are you?' He sighed.
'He's on his way,' I informed Michael once I had disclosed our location to my dad and he had hung up.
'Am I allowed to kiss you in front of your dad?' He asked, dumping the rubbish from the picnic in the bin near where we were stood and wrapping the blanket round my shoulders.
'Since it's the first time he and the rest of my family are going to meet you properly and you are the first boy I've brought home, I don't think so,' I laughed, as he wrapped his arms round my waist.
'Well that is super sad,' he sighed, nudging his nose against mine in a cute Eskimo kiss kinda way.
'Mmhmm,' I hummed as he pressed his lips against mine.
'I guess that's your dad?' Michael raised his eyebrows, pulling away from me as a car horn beeped.
'Yep,' I breathed as he wrapped his arm round my shoulders, leading me to the car.

###

'So this is the famous Michael,' my mum gasped in fake shock as Michael and I walked into my house behind my dad.
'Hi m'am,' Michael smiled, holding his hand out for her to shake.
'Very polite, call me Rachel,' my mum laughed, shaking his hand.
'Nice to meet you,' Michael smiled, wrapping an arm round my waist.
'So are you her boyfriend or what?' My eldest brother asked as he passed us on his way upstairs.
'Umm well we haven't discussed it yet,' Michael stammered, blushing bright red.
'Wow, red suits you,' I laughed, stretching up to kiss his cheek.
'Would you like to discuss it?' He asked in a low murmur as we sat down on the sofa together.
'Maybe later,' I smiled, pecking him on the lips.
'So is Michael staying?' My mum asked with raised eyebrows.

###

'HOW COULD YOU NOT TELL ME?'
'Ow calm down kid it was just a date,' I winced, holding the phone away from my ear and cuddling closer into Michael. 'Well is.'
'You're still with him? It's like half eleven!'
'Well it was cold so we went back to my house and mum said he could stay if he slept on the sofa so yeah,' I told my best friend with a laugh.
'So did he kiss you?' She asked with a smirk in her voice.
'Can we talk about this tomorrow? I'm tired,' I asked with a sigh, Michael chuckling as I hooked my legs over his in his make shift bed.
'Yeah sure honey, have a nice night, tell Michael hi, love you,' she laughed, hanging up once I had echoed the sentiment.
'Are you really tired?' Michael asked, taking my phone out of my hands with a smirk.
'Yeah actually,' I yawned as he leant in to kiss me.
'Hot,' he laughed, as I flushed bright red.
'I'm sorry,' I cringed, burying my face in his t shirt.
'Its fine babe, go to bed,' he kissed the top of my head, moving his arms from round my waist.
'Night Michael,' I whispered as I stood up to go upstairs.
'Night Jenna,' he whispered back, pulling me down for a kiss.
I grinned as I left the room, flicking the light off as I went.

I fell asleep with a smile on my face and a hot blonde guitarist on my sofa.
