Kangin sat down at a bar and ordered a bottle of beer. It’d been years since he had drank anything, but the minute the alcohol touched his tongue, Kangin realized how much he’d missed the taste. He drank down a whole bottle quickly before ordering another. Kangin knew that he was in the wrong for yelling at Leeteuk the way he did, and for now, he wanted to drown his stress and sadness in some beer.
Leeteuk worriedly went around Seoul, searching for Kangin. He figured that his spouse had probably gone somewhere to get something to drink. Finally, Leeteuk walked into the bar where Kangin was, and slowly walked up to him. “Hi,” Leeteuk whispered as he took a seat at the bar.
“Hey,” Kangin muttered before taking another drink.
“What are you doing here? Why are you drinking?” Leeteuk wondered as he looked at the empty beer bottles around Kangin.
“I’m entitled to have alcohol, I am of legal age you know,” Kangin spat before slamming the bottle down on the counter. He then saw how upset Leeteuk had truly become. “I made you cry, didn’t I?”
“Yes,” Leeteuk replied quietly as he lowered his head. “You hurt me Kangin.”
The man turned his full attention to Leeteuk when he heard those words. This was the worst possible thing he could ever hear his spouse say, especially knowing his past. “Leeteuk, baby look at me,” Kangin whispered as he placed his hands on Leeteuk’s face and raised it to face his own. Kangin gently ran his thumbs over his spouse’s cheeks, brushing the tears away. “I’m so sorry that I yelled at you; I snapped and wasn’t thinking, you know I would never intentionally mean to hurt you. You are my world, and I love you more than anything, the last thing I want you to do is feel hurt, especially by me, and I was an idiot for snapping like I did.”
Leeteuk allowed a few more tears to slip from his eyes as Kangin placed a kiss on his forehead. “Can we go home now?” Leeteuk requested.
“Yes of course, let me run to the restroom really fast, then we can go,” Kangin agreed as he stood up. He kissed Leeteuk’s forehead again before walking away. Leeteuk dried his eyes as he sighed and smiled, he was so happy that they had made up.
As Leeteuk sat at the counter and awaited Kangin’s return, two men approached him. One sat down next to him, and the other stood on the opposite side of Leeteuk. “Hello there,” one muttered.
“Oh hi,” Leeteuk replied.
“What’s a pretty little thing like you doing here all by yourself?” the other wondered as he placed a hand on Leeteuk’s back.
Leeteuk gasped before informing “I’m not alone, I’m here with someone.”
“I don’t see them anywhere,” one said, looking around the bar.
“Please just leave me be,” Leeteuk asked, refusing to make eye contact with either person. Leeteuk knew that these men were more than likely drunk and trying to pick up anyone they could.
“C’mon, why don’t we take you back to our place? We’ll treat you real good,” one of the men suggested as he grabbed Leeteuk’s arm.
The brunette pushed the man back and stated “Don’t put your hands on me, I’m not going anywhere with you two.”
Suddenly, one of them grabbed an empty beer bottle by the neck and smashed it against the counter, before aiming the sharp, ridged glass at Leeteuk. “You little bitch, you think you can just say no to us?” he demanded as his friend grabbed both of Leeteuk’s arms.
