Don't get me wrong it's good that they have gifted and talented, but I just don't like it. I mean you are basically telling a kid if they are important. I know that may sound weird, but hear me out. If you got told you were going to be tested for gifted and talented and so are two others. They got in, but you didn't wouldn't that hurt. Wouldn't that make a kid fill worthless. So, to me I don't think gifted and talented should be a thing. All it dose is help destroy a kids mental heath. I mean think about it. If one of your friends got in and they had all these amazing things happen, but you never get to know why you didn't get in. But then you get told your going to get tested again, but you never do. That takes a bigger toll on your mental heath. Kids are constantly learning and if you take in that toll to your mental heath; it will effect you the rest of your life.
