Chapter 10: All is Forgiven

"I can't believe we leave tomorrow." Dani said, as she was packing her bag.

"Honestly, it feels like we've been here for 2 days.. I don't want goooo!" I whined.

"Make sure you have your passport and and ID ready for our flight back tomorrow V." She reminded me.

"Oh shoot! Thanks for reminding me, also what time is the flight tomorrow?" I asked.

"It's at 12 so we have to leave here by 9:30" She replied.

"9:30.. that's so early Dani, why?" I asked.

"Weeelll the hotel is 30 minutes from the airport and everyone knows the first rule of flying is you have to be there 2 hours before your flight to make sure you accommodate enough time to get through security and what not." She said.

"uh okay, crackhead." I laughed.

It was currently around 4 pm. Dani and I spent our last day packing and making sure we had everything ready for our flight tomorrow. These last couple of days Dani and I have been exploring Italy and enjoying our time together before we have to head back to the states. I told Giovanni he could come get me tonight around 8 pm so we could talk. I don't believe that one should hold grudges, and I do kind of want to hear what he has to say so I decided to give him a chance. Once I finished packing and getting my things together, I decided to pamper myself before this idiot comes to get me. I have to be at peace before I see him so I don't pop off like last time.

I head into the bathroom and start playing some relaxing music from my phone. I drew a bath, filling the tub with hot water, I added soap so it could bubble up, put in some essential oil that I stole from Dani, and added some flower petals from the flowers that Giovanni's been sending me all week. I walked out in my robe towards the kitchen. Once in the kitchen I grabbed a bottle of wine from the fridge and poured myself a glass. 

I made my way back to the bathroom with my wine. After I reached the bathroom I tied my hair up, slipped of my robe, and settled into the tub. Once I settled into the tub I let the warm water relax my muscles, let out a long sigh. I took a sip of my wine, closed my eyes, and just took deep breathes to help me relax more. 

I sat in the tub for around and hour just letting the music and the atmosphere relax me. After stepping out the tub I took a shower to make sure I got all the dirty off my body. While in the shower I decided to wash my hair and clean up whatever needed to be cleaned up. Once I was done I made my way to my room, applied some nice smelling lotion, deodorant, and perfume. I picked out some cute matching bra and panties and put those on. I settled on wearing a nice sundress with a slit and some sandals. I did my hair and by the time I finished everything it was 7:30. 

Since I had a couple minutes to spare I went to keep Dani some company. 

"You look cute as hell bitch!  Are you sure you're ready for this?" She asked.

"Thank youuuu" I said, while smiling. "Yeah, it won't be anything serious, I'm just going to hear what he has to say and be on my way. Its not like I can start a relationship with the guy. We leave tomorrow. I just don't want to leave on bad terms. You know?" I replied.

"Yeah I understand, but just don't do anything stupid, I know what you're capable of" She laughed.

"I definitely won't, I'm a good child." I said smirking.

We shared a laugh, and I settled next to her. As soon as I settled there was a knock on the door. I sighed getting up knowing that it was Giovanni, I gave Dani a kiss on the cheek letting her know that I'll be back soon.
