Selena's POV:

We were going to go back to my place but I was craving some ice cream so I made Grayson take me to the nearest Cold Stone and he bought us ice cream.

"I'm really happy we rekindled Selena. I missed you all these years." Grayson stated.

I looked down and blushed and tucked a strand of hair behind my ear.

"Me too. I'm sorry for my friends again, I don't know why they don't like you. You're such a sweet guy who literally does nothing but make others happy." I said as scooped a bit of ice cream from my cup and shoved it into my mouth.

Grayson smiled and leaned back, "it's alright, they will warm up to me sooner or later. So no sweat."

I giggled a little, "sure whatever loser...But what about you and Kai? Like y'all must be finally are over..."

Grayson scratched the back of his head. "Uh, yeah we're completely done but you know not every couple was meant to be you know...but I realized the feelings that we share wasn't the feelings that were expressed in our entire two year relationship. Now, I realize that I can have the same feelings that were gone with you. You are a smart, amazing girl that just makes my world spin when I see you. All the times we spent together when we were kids till the time I left. Now I have you here with me...and it's just amazing and I just want to con-"

I cut him off mid sentence and pulled him across the table for a kiss. A steamy, passionate kiss. An electrifying kiss. At this point all the feelings that were held up in my heart was poured into this kiss and those words were those exact words that I wanted to hear all those years.

Sam Pov:

"I'm really glad we're able to finally spend some alone time with each other." Vanessa said smiling at me.

"Yea me too. There's a lot of crazy stuff going on with my friends and we're settling on getting a new place together as roommates." I said as I swirled my spoon around the ice cream.

Suddenly there was a buzzing to my phone.

"Sorry hold on for a sec." I picked up the phone and checked who was messaging me.

Mya: we caught the lying son of a bitch red handed

Mya: fuck that trapezoid chin shaped bitch! Sam knock the non-existing brain cells out for me please!!!

I read the message confused but once I scanned the pictures my eyes grew wide.

"Holy snicker doodle! I knew that son of a bitch was up to know good." I rolled my eyes.

"What are you going on about?" Vanessa said with her eyebrow raised.

"Uh, it's just something going on with my friends." I didn't want to pull Vanessa right into the drama. I liked having her to myself in our small perfect bubble.

"Well ok you can deal with that later. Let's focus on the time we have together." she smiles softly as she grabs my hand.

"Of course." I smiled back at her. Everything was good until i saw a familiar figure out of the corner of my eye. I turned my full attention to the figure which was Selena and Grayson.

"Uh no. This is no good." I fidgeted nervously.

Vanessa gave me a confused expression and turned her head to where i was looking. Once she saw what i was focused on she turned back to me and rolled her eyes. "You can worry about your friend later. I'm more important."

"Yeah, you're right Vanessa I'm sorry, I'll put my phone away," I said while putting my phone back in my purse.

She snorted, "yeah you better I don't be handing out free attention for some petty high school drama."

I laughed at her comment. I continued to converse with Vanessa but i couldn't get that image out of my head. I can't stand when my friends are getting hurt and they don't even know it. I have to do something about this.

"Babe are you alright?" Vanessa asked.

"I'm really sorry but i really have to do this." I stood from my seat and went over to where Selena and Grayson were seated at.

Rage slowly filled up within me as I began to get closer towards Selena and Grayson, thoughts about "how am I going to handle this" flows through my head and I started to get nervous until I got to their table.

I froze for a moment before taking the ice cream out of his hand and shoved it into his face then took Selena's cup and threw it at him once again.

"You nasty, crusty ass rat! How fucking dare you do this shit to our friend?!" I shouted as I took out my phone and practically pushed the photo of him and Kai kissing into his face.

Grayson and Selena sit there shocked as I showed them both the photos, their faces send me mixed emotions but I started to worry when I caught selena's blank face just lost with emotions after that. Normally when she does that it's really not a good sign.

Selena slowly got up out of her seat, you can see the pain in her eyes but didn't show it in her facial expressions. She raised her hand about to smack Grayson but stopped mid way and put her hand down. "Sam. Take me home. Just take me home." was all she said. Tears started to run down her face, sadly she didn't wear waterproof mascara so now she looks like a goth troll.

"SELENA LET ME EXPLAIN!" Grayson shouted getting up trying to grab her hand but Selena yanked her hand away. "Don't. Fucking. Touch. Me. You. Fucking. Whore. You probably can't keep your baby teeth size dick in your pants for even a few seconds." At this rate Grayson saw how much he broke her but also shocked at her choice of words.

"Well sam i'm sorry for being an ass should I beat this bitch ass?" Vanessa asked.

"No. he lost me already. That's good enough for me. He can go back to fucking his flashlight now like the sick freak that he is." Selena butted in and dragged me out of there while Vanessa followed us.

Vanessa dropped me and selena off at the hotel that we are staying in. Once we walked in, Selena flopped on her bed and cried for the whole night.

I called Vanessa as soon as I got into my room and apologized for what happened tonight, she said it was fine even though the tone sounded a little annoyed. We talked for a while until I went into Selena's room and comforted her while she cried. A few moments later, Mya walked into the room and joined us in Selena's bed.

"W-W-Why would he do this to me?" Selena says in between sobs as snot rolled down her nose and to her shirt.

We sat in her bed all night comforting her until she fell asleep.
