I originally wrote this in honor of 9/11. One of the most tragic events of The United States.
Question, why is the United States called the United States?
Because we aren't very united if you think about it.
Most Americans cause some sort of drama, hate, or start an argument.
I feel like around 9/11 that's when people get together, but what about everyday after that?
If 9/11/01 showed us anything it should've been that we should all stick together.
We shouldn't let differences tear us apart.
So what?
So what if I'm autistic?
So what if others are gay, transgender, ...?
So WHAT?
The definition of United, is...
To be joined together politically, for a common purpose, or by common feelings.
Hell, we aren't joined together politically.
We aren't joined together by common feelings.
We don't see to have a common purpose.
I read that a black 16 year old was stabbed in a high school fight over a girl.
Over a damn GIRL.
What has America become?
I feel that somethings do get better but somethings get worse.
Again.
Just remember 9/11.
Everyday.
Because we should stick together.
Even if you aren't from the United States.
Everyone should be equal.
And loved for who they are.
Not what you want them to be.

Maybe that's just my view on things.
This is a random rant and I felt like writing it because my class discussed it.
