Should've never joined

Chapter 2

After we left fairy tail it was like this huge weight was lifted off our shoulders. I never thought that we would feel so free afterwards. I should have left a long time ago. We decided to not join any guilds because we liked to travel more than staying in one place.

"Lucy?" I heard Laxus.

" Yes?"

"Don't you think we should go visit Mom and Dad. Maybe they would like to know what happened?"

"I suppose we could go home. Start our training there? What do you think Wendy?"

"Lets do it! I haven't seen mom and dad in forever!" Wendy yelled excitedly.

'I wonder if our brother and sister will be there?'

"Onwards my siblings! Off to see our family!" I yell.

"Whatever you say sis."

"Yay! We get to see dad!"

'Now to create the portal. What was it again. This that and then that? No it was this that and then that. Okay. That's it.'

I start to chant the spell to create the portal when..

"What's that smell? Who is that?" I questioned.

"I don't know but it smells familiar." Laxus states.

"It smells like.." Wendy pauses.

"Who ever it is we should just leave. Like right now. We shouldn't take the risk of Fairy tail trying to get us back. Knowing them they will be very persistent and would try anything to get us." I say to them.

"I agree. I would rather not have to go back there. They will be complete idiots to think we would go back there. Especially when we left on our own accord." Laxus states.

'Yup! That is definitely Natsu's scent. We should definitely book it now. He is a dragon slayer after all. I wonder if that idiot smelt us yet?'

"Let's book it now! That's Natsu's scent. We should get out of here right now!" I yelled.

We started to run away. Natsu's scent got farther and farther away. When I let out a sigh I smelt another person's scent. It was Erza Scarlets.

'Fuck! This isn't happening right now. I thought this would be over with but noooo. These persistent bastards. We refuse to ever go back!'

"We are running that way! I refuse to go back there!!"

We ran towards the right. Straight towards the roads. There was a town down the road just a bit. If we went there we could hide in one of the houses or in the crowds. From there we could head to the train station and leave. Maybe just maybe we can get the portal done and leave.

'Now we just gotta get to the town.'

"Lets hurry! Down the road there's a town. We could lose them in the crowds!" I yell back to them.

'Finally lost them. Took us several hours. They are persistent. I cant wait to get home. Finallyy away from them and no more chases. Like seriously did they really have to chase us for FIVE FUCKING HOURS!! We are not coming back! We left for a reason! Uggghhh. I need a nap.'

"Lets just do the portal and go home. I really need a nap right about now. I cant believe they did all that. Like seriously was it even necessary? I'm so tired." I complain to my siblings.

" Agreed I feel like I'm gonna pass out. They just kept on coming. Maybe we should have completed the portal and left them there in the beginning." Wendy complains back.

"Hush children! We should not dwell on the past and look to the future. We did get chased by them then but now we have escaped. So we should start the portal so we could get some proper rest." Carla claims.

"Aye Sir!" Happy states.

" I agree we should leave now!" Laxus states.

"Okay lets do this!" I yell.

Lucy starts up the spell for the portal. A bright blue and purple lights start to appear. This then creates the portal they seeked. The portal to their home the dragon releam.

This is the start of their new beginning. The start of their story. Their adventure, the journey of a life time. A little of romance for everyone.
Will Lucy ever forgive fairytail? Who knows? Lets find out.

They step into the portal and meet this bright light.

'We're home!'

"We're home everyone!" Lucy states.
