A few years have passed. More like 6 years. I'm 41 and my wife is 38. Yes my wife is Evie. Stacy and Kyle are in college, Derek's about to finish high school, and Abby is 13 now and has a little girlfriend of her own. We also have another little boy we adopted. His name is Jeremiah. He's Japanese. I've actually been able to go back to college and recently became a science teacher. I teach 8th grade science. Evie has became a housewife. She lives with me and my kids. And that's pretty much it.
