Okay I will do the author's note now because you will probably hate me after this (to be honest I'm hating myself). Okay here's the new chapter after much demands from @MeredyShark(jokes >-<). And also I've been watching Code:Breaker non-stop for one night (it did not go well with my brain, could not function the next day) and I'm sorry for not updating for so long but in my defence this is a long chapter. Anyway enjoy!!!!!

Code 14 -... And Date

"So tonight's the night then. Is everything ready for her return?"

"Yes sir, the drug that Lord Zeref sent us arrived today and holding cells are ready for them, when they come," a scattering guild member reported to their Master.

"And the messenger?"

"We dealt with him as ordered."

"Good, now leave."

"Yes, sir."

He tried not to run in fear of the man's chambers but he did not want to make any unnecessary move to anger Master Jose.

The room was submerged in black and the only light source was from a few candles next to the feared leader. It didn't help that he was grinning manically at the good new that had just met his ear.

Tapping on his com twice, he made a call to Gajeel.

"Do not say anything but we're ready to go. Go do your worst at Fairy Tail." He cut off the call after that but not before he heard a 'gee hee' on the other line.

Everything was ready.

"We await your return my lovely Juvia."

****

"Because you're different to everyone else. And I want to know more."

Juvia was different to him? Wasn't that how she felt towards him? She didn't know what to think. The slight, unsure, beat of her heart or the rules and orders engraved into her mind.

"You would not think of me like that if you...  learnt more about me." It was the truth. No matter what this man does to her heart or soul, her body and mind had to be loyal to Phantom.

"Don't say that. I don't think you're bad as you think." He carried on when Juvia didn't answer. "If you're really was bad as you think then you wouldn't have helped us as much as you did."

"But..."

"No buts. We're going to have a date and talking about work is not how to do it."

They fell into silence and remained like that the rest of the journey, until Gray stopped at a market place. "Here we are." He looked down at Juvia's clothes. "I think you might need something warmer than that."

He reached around in the back seats until he found his leather jacket and handed it to her.

"Thank you," Juvia timidly wrapped the jacket around her and fed her arms through the holes. It smelt just like Gray, his fresh clean minty scent and something that is just him with a hint of leather. She was surrounded by its warmth and she couldn't help but take another breath in.

"You ready to go?"

She was so wrapped up with the comforting feeling from the coat that she didn't notice that Gray had gone out to open her door for her.
