Tutu did not want to look up because she could feel her husband's eyes bore into her. She knew that their visitor had come to wreak havoc but she just wasn't expecting it to be this much, most of all she wasn't expecting her secret to be out like that.
"Tutu, is this true?" She heard her husband ask.
Their visitor turned around to face her. "Go ahead, answer your husband" She said.
With tears rolling down her eyes, Tutu looked up "It was out of hurt, the hurt from the pain you caused me"
"The pain I caused you?" Joshua asked in disbelief.
Tutu sniffed and looked away "I knew all about your affair, all about the supposed meetings you were having in church and how you used that as an excuse to commit adultery. I was lonely and I needed someone, Tony just happened to be around"
"Wow... Just look at that. A horny wife that satisfied her sexual urges because her husband is getting some outside. How juicy". The visitor smirked.
There was shock written all over the faces of the church members and some of them looked at each other in surprise but refused to speak out of fear.
"I can't believe you could do something like that Tutu" Joshua said, shaking his head.
Tutu turned her head around to face him. Anger filled her eyes ''. But you can go outside and do the same thing? Are you listening to yourself Joshua? While you were defiling our marital vows, you expected me to just sit around like a virtuous woman and starve. The hypocrisy of it all"
"But I confessed to you. I apologized"
"Of course you did, you apologized after..." Tutu kept quiet and looked at their visitor who had an angry look on her face as she looked at the both of them. Tutu knew why and so did Joshua and that was why she could not finish her sentence.
Their visitor then smiled.
"Let's not get ahead of ourselves"
