Maihow POV

Ever since my miscarriage my grandmother has been bothering me about this marriage. She thinks that it's the best thing that can ever happen to me. I don't know how to feel at this point. I'm so stressed and so angry that she doesn't even care for what I'm going through or how I feel.

Always, she's always at the house. She doesn't even live in Niamey. But yet she finds a way to be here every two days. Even my aunt is tired of her. I tried calling my mom but my mom's relationship with her is not too good especially after what happened. My dad doesn't know how to go about the business and confront his mom. At this instant point I feel it's best to tell her off myself. I have nothing else To lise. Especially not her, I could careless.

-Mémé j'aimerais te parler (I'd like  to speak to you Grandma)

(she rolls her eyes)
- Oui, il faut parler vite j'ai pas le temps moi.(Talk fast, because I don't have time).

- I really do love you Grandma but one thing you need to understand is. I can't allow you dictate my life anymore.

-I don't understand where you're trying to get to. You chose to live this life causing you consequences. Kaiya you can't be trusted anymore obviously. so I'm going to find someone,...as a matter of fact I've already found someone Tairi the best thing that will happen to you I'm sure.

-You know what you don't understand anything at all. And I'm actually not going to do what you ask me to do because I could care less about you. And if by tomorrow you don't leave this house with your stupid ideologies. I will kick you out I don't care who you think you are .

-Ay sai-

-Yes, ni sai.(yes you).

-Ke! DAKATA! (Hey, Stop!) Before you say another filthy word to me just know that your destiny depends on your elders.

- Ban kaunar ka. (I honestly don't  care)

-Fita da ga nan!!! (Get out of here).
Imbecile!!tchrrr.

I was this close to Knocking that old lady out. Out of respect for my parents I won't. But her days in this house are numbered.
