Description:The user can move into electrical objects such as TV's or power lines.
Strengths:
*They can instantly escape from battle using power lines or any sort of electrical wires.
*The user can take power from surrounding power sources to become incredibly fast like Deku or Iida.
*The user is almost unbeatable in cities
*If they have a battery attached to them their very powerful
Weaknesses:
*The user if covered in any liquid will be unable to use any of their powers
*The user is useless in areas with no power
*The user has very little options against someone who can manipulate or is immune to electricity
Special Attack:Multi Power Bomb
The user takes all of the energy from the surrounding area before sending it towards the opponent in the form of multiple spheres that explode.
