Name:Negate
Description:After touching an opponent the user can block out their quirk so they can't use it for a few minutes
Strengths:
*The user can block someone's quirk
*If like Todoroki or Tokoyami who only use their quirk for combat their basically done for
*It only takes a small poke to use
*If someone knows martial arts or has a weapon then they can finish quirk users quickly
Weaknesses:
*Its close range
*Someone like Stain or Aizawa who can fight without their quirk wouldn't really be affected
*The user has no increased physical abilities so they have to do all the fighting themselves
Special Attack:Quirk Removal
The user keeps in contact with their opponent for 12 hours completely erasing their quirk not useful in combat.
