Chapter 13: Devils Cry Part 2

Heyo! me again, i thought about dropping the whole DmC list but i figured i kinda want female vergil in this? but i realized i dont really know how exactly to make her 'act' if that makes sense, so i'm just going to continue with Danni's "Arc" of the story? Also, The picture above is what you gained after entering the DmC Universe, it's Your 'Devil Trigger' of sorts, idk if it'll be your sin trigger or your perfect, if I find anything i'll decide upon it and introduce it in a big fight. now that that's done and said I realized i'm just rambling, i'll let you get to the story now, sorry

Danni's PoV

My eyes open instantly, my mind racing with thoughts. How am i not dead, each time i 'died' to an enemy, i was faking it and had rested up to heal because they missed my heart each time, but this time i know i pierced my heart, because it hurt like a mother fucker! Reaching up, i feel my breast for the wound, but oddly enough i dont find any. Wait, i felt my breast? I thought i had clothes on... I thought to myself before looking down to see i'm completely nude, and i scream in shock, falling off the bed in the process.

"hey, glad you're ok" Y/n says as he walks in holding a plate of pizza. Drooling slightly, my eyes lock onto the pizza, completely forgetting my naked body. "You hungry?"

"Y-yes" I whimper as my stomach growled loudly, pain shooting through my stomach. Holding the plate out, Y/n smiles at me when i take the pizza and slowly eat it so i can talk as i eat. "H-How am i alive?"

"Oh, i resurrected you as part devil, considering you were half human, half demon, i turned the human half into a devil half." Y/n explains, making my eyes widen as i inhale sharply just after swallowing some pizza, making me choke on it. Not wasting a second, Y/n vaults himself over the bed, and picks me up before performing the Heimlich Maneuver, making me cough the piece of pizza up. "Slow down on the pizza a bit more, i don't want you dying on me a second time."

"S-Sorry, it's just that i thought that you said i knew too much about you guys?" I ask, extremely confused as to why he saved me from choking, he chuckles at the question.

"you do, but you didn't let me finish, i was going to say that you weren't allowed home now that you know so much about us, but it seems you surely made that effective immediately with the stunt you pulled." Y/n growls out the last part, making me gulp and blush in embarrassment at how quick i was to assume what he was going to say.

"S-Sorry about that..." I apologize, suddenly remembering im naked i blush more, making Y/n laugh. I glare at him, thinking he's laughing at my body, comparing it to the red headed bitch.

"That reminds me, when i had ressurected you, i had to heal you which involved us sleeping naked in the same bed, i've done the same for Blaze and Rayn. So you have no need to feel uncomfortable, if it helps to know this, you have a beautiful body" Y/n says with a sweet smile on his face while he does. I feel my cheeks heat up rapidly, indicating I'm blushing a lot. "You should get dressed and come downstairs, i'll explain more when you're downstairs, alright?"

"A-Alright, and... thank you for the c-compliment..." I say, my blush deepening as I look away so I don't make eye contact. "I-i'll be right down.

Timeskip after Danni comes down and you explain the whole meaning of what a peerage is and what it means to be a knight

Your PoV

"And that about covers it, think you understand all of it or would you like me to repeat something?" i ask, a smile on my face as i ask Danni if she understands what a peerage is and what her chess piece is.

"Yeah, i understand it all, thanks for explaining that to me" Danni responds, a smile gracing her face once she understands.

"That's good, now i have a question for you" I tell her, making her tilt her head curiously. First off, why the fuck are you so cute i internally ask, before shaking my head, activating a new ability after I stand up. "Do you have any idea what this form is?"

"W-what... but... how...?!" Danni whispers in surprise, unable to believe the form im in. "That's a Devil Trigger, but i thought me, my sister, and her son Nero were the only ones capable of achieving Devil Trigger."

"Well, remember what i said when we met? I gain the abilities of creatures near the yamato portal i make when i enter another universe, so i must've inherited the ability to achieve a 'Devil Trigger' like you and the other two." I explain, realization hitting Danni making her facepalm in embarassment.

"Right, Right i forgot about that, sorry" Danni says, laughing sheepishly at her somehow forgetting what i said when she met me. "So, i assume you have some things planned today, seeing that you have Yamato in hand, correct?" 

"Yes, i plan on visiting the universe of a game i play on the computer, you wanna come?" I ask, unsheathing yamato, cutting a plus in the air to open the portal. "I'd like to have a companion that i know along with me"

"o-oh, are you sure? i won't slow you down at all?" Danni asks, her eyes sparkle in excitement to come with me. "If you're sure about bringing me with, i wanna try and summon a Devil arm to see if i can use any of them..."

"I'm sure, now lets see if you can summon anything." I respond to Danni's first question, and Danni nods, closing her eyes and concentrating on something when suddenly a badass looking Motorcycle appears out of nowhere. "I get the feeling you can summon your Devil Arms."

"Whatever tells you that?" Danni asks in a joking tone before unsummoning Cavalier. Smiling at Danni, i grab her hand and jump into the portal i made with Yamato, not yet knowing that i'd be stuck in the next universe for months.
