I turned over in bed as I started to wake up to the loud voice of a familiar friend. "Melody Athena Lumiere, get your butt up or I promise I will destroy all your books!" The person yelled. I jolted fully awake and sat upright in bed. "NOOOOO! Alyssa, if you do that I will end you!" I shouted at my lady-in-waiting.
The girl with ombre hair laughed and I gave her a playful punch. "Hey, you still have this picture!" She said when she was done laughing. She picked up the picture of the two of us when I still had short hair.

"Of course, I would," I said. "You're my first friend." She hugged me. "Thanks. Oh, right. I came to get you because breakfast is ready." She said before leaving. I looked at the large clock on my wall. 7.30. I quickly grabbed a shirt I had mad myself as well as a pair of ripped jeans. The shirt had a flute and music notes on the back, while the front had a cute unicorn print.

I put on my fake cat ears that I had electronically programmed to give me cat senses and did my hair up into two tight buns. Then, I put a small device closely resembling a ear piece into my ear. It allowed the cat ears to enhance my hearing. The ears looked very realistic and you had to look closely to find out that they were hair clips.
