There was a knock at the door that sent the dogs running and barking loudly, enough to wake Jinki from his nap. Kibum got up from his room and answered the door.

"Hi~ Thanks for coming so quickly~" Kibum smiled and moved from the door to let his guest in.

"Oh you're welcome~ Anything I can do to help him, and you too~"

"He's on the couch laying down~" Kibum shut the door and locked it. Hearing that exchange of words made Jinkis stomach drop. He knew exactly who had just walked through that front door.

"Jinki~ Someone's here for you~" Kibum walked down the hallway with the person he invited following close behind, almost like a puppy.

"Seriously, Kibum? You couldn't wait a day and let everything settle?" Jinki scoffed and rolled his eyes. He wasn't ready to have this conversation, but him not being ready seemed like a common occurrence as of recent.

"No, it's better to rip the band-aid clean off then to slowly pull it. That's what's happening now, which is why I invited Jonghyun over to talk to you." Kibum stood in front of Jinki with his arms crossed. He was frustrated that Jinki shut down so quickly earlier and he just wanted everything to be okay.

"I'm only here to help~ I can leave if you want, but Kibum told me you needed my help.." Jonghyun was so sweet and genuine. He really wanted to help, because he too, remembered that night vividly. They say people who go through similar traumas are the ones who help each other the most.

"Yeah, you should go.." Jinki started to lay back down.

"No! He's staying!" Kibum yelled and then took a deep breath to calm down, "Jonghyun, go ahead and make yourself comfortable. There's drinks and snacks in the kitchen, help yourself to anything~" he turned his gaze to Jinki, "Can I see you in my room for a second?" What he said was more of a statement phrased as a question.

"Yup." Jinki got up and met Kibum in his room, shutting the door behind him.

"Jinki you're talking about it now and getting it over with. We've talked about so much today and this is the final thing that needs to be said. Just talk to him!"

"Why should I have to? Everything's fine. I'll get over it. I shouldn't have told you anyways.." Jinki looked off to the side.

"God, can you let your guard down for one second?" Kibum was frustrated, but understandably so, "Let me in Jinki, I promise I won't hurt you. Just let me help you, okay? Everything will be alright. Please just trust me... Talking to each other will be a good thing!"

The older was silent for a while and eventually agreed to Kibums pleas.

"Jonghyun~" Kibum smiled as he opened the door. Jonghyun had made himself a glass of water and sat down in the chair. He patiently waited while the other two figured everything out.

"Is everything okay?" Jonghyun watched them as they came out to the living room and sat down. Kibum sat closest to Jonghyun, with Jinki on the other end of the couch.

"Yeah~ He agreed to talk.. finally~" Kibum smiled at Jonghyun and glanced at Jinki, " Do you want to start off?"

Jinki shook his head and looked at Jonghyun, picturing that look.

"I can.." Jonghyun took a sip of his water and set it down on the side table, "What happened that night was.. crazy...but it needed to happen. Minho had been acting out of line and he needed a reality check. Granted I don't think the physical violence was the way to go about it, it still did the job. Jinki, after you left Minho cried, and cried, and then cried some more. His tears probably could've filled a lake. I've never seen him cry like that. He even told me that he was going to write a letter to Kibum, apologizing for every single thing he's done to him. I don't know if he ever did but he said he was going to."

"Wait, what?" Kibum looked at Jonghyun, in a state of shock, "He cried to you.. a-about me?"

"Yeah," Jonghyun nodded, "He realized what he'd done to you and felt like scum. I just sat there and held him like a baby for hours while he whined and cried about it."

"Oh.." he nodded and looked down at his hands.

"Did he start abusing you like he did Kibum? Also I don't fully believe you because if I remember correctly, the next day he came to get his stuff and slapped the shit out of Kibum." Jinki wasn't buying it.

"No.. I mean he's never hit me. He was mean to me a few times but that was before the whole.. incident." Jonghyun cleared his throat and took another sip of water, "now about him slapping Kibum the day after, my guess was that was to get back at you. He was angry at you for a while but he's finally over it. I've gotten him to realize it all happened for a reason and the reason was his behavior."

"Hmm.." Jinki furrowed his brows and looked down, taking in the information.

"Did he say anything else about me?" The way Kibum sounded as he spoke hurt Jinki and he didn't know exactly why.

"No, not that I can remember. He's been focused a lot on soccer and on me too~" Jonghyun blushed a little, "we're planning a vacation to get away from everything for a little bit, sort of like a reset. We both need it~"

"Ohhh okay.. gotcha." Kibum crossed his legs and leaned back against the couch cushion. He was jealous and there was no way of hiding it.

Jinki cleared his throat as the conversation was going off topic.

"So I have one last thing to ask you, before you go.." Jinki readjusted before speaking again, "on that night, why did you just watch me beat Minho up? Why did you give me that look? I know you said he needed a reality check and all but.. something else had to have been going on for you to not stop me, Jonghyun."

"Well.. the last time he was ever really a jerk to me was right before then. He compared me to Kibum and we got in a huge argument. So I guess I was just mad.. and then you came and sort of saved the day. Like I said, afterwards he was insanely emotional and all that.." Jonghyun looked at the two on the couch, hoping he had helped them get everything they needed.

"He compared you to me? In what way?" He was suddenly interested again.

"The sex..." Jonghyun got shy, "I like it gentle and sensual and he said you like it rough.. but we made a compromise."

"Okay Jonghyun, you've said enough." Jinki stood up, "Thank you for coming, I'll call you if I have any other questions."

Jonghyun stood up and smiled awkwardly, regretting sharing such a personal detail to the both of them.

"You're welcome~ See you guys next week~" Jonghyun showed himself out. Jinki leaned against the living room wall and ran his hands through his hair. Kibum sat on the couch still thinking about what Jonghyun had said about him.

"I think maybe it's best if I go home tonight." Jinki looked at Kibum.

"No, Jinki please stay.."
