Love And Arranged To Meet

Chapter 59

She announces her old name on social media, and it becomes viral very quickly, and  everyone wants to know why. All sorts of news chanels ring her up and she gets fed up of it as they ask the same questions. She tells one of them that she will do an interview revealing her past. Sameer, Munna and Pandit are doing thier meeting whilst Preeti and Swati are with her. They will also be coming along with them as they all are best friends. The interview will be happening at home and they dress professionally whilst the news channel and reporter set everything up.

Nisha: Welcome to ABP news, my name is Nisha and today we are with Naina McCaan and her two best friends Preeti and Swati. Let's start from the beginning? Naina do you remember how you got to Ahemdabaad beach wounded?

Naina: My dad told me that I was on a train whilst kidnappers were after me. All I can remember is that I took revenge from them as they shot someone from the police force. I had no other way but to leave the city so I just took any train but they somehow got to me and shot me which made me fall into the sea, and I got to Ahemdaabad after that.

Nisha: Who found you after that?

Preeti: It was my uncle, he normally goes for jogging, and he spotted Naina wounded so he took her to the hospital. We all came to see her and the doctor told us that her memory had been completely wiped out. We tried contacting her parents but we could not find anything about her identity so we named her as Naina. When she came home we told her what had happened, but she couldn't remember anything so we lied to her saying that Naina is my cousion sister.

Nisha: That's very interesting, so when Naina left school who was her first friend?

Swati: It was me, Preeti had already told me about Naina. I lied again saying that we are childhood best friends and she believed it. As soon as we came to college everyone used to taunt her about being a nerd as she was very intelligent, and then they use to bully her about her weight and she had to do other people's homework as everyone used to think that she was a machine.

Nisha: How did you feel about it Naina?

Naina: Completely depressed, they used to do it everyday because I was perfect in everything. I tried to commit sucide but that didn't work. Then I took sleeping pills so that I could die in peace, but I survived and no one else found out about it. I was put on anti-depressents, and I had counselling, but when I was in a lot of pressure I would faint.

Nisha: That's terrible and it shouldn't happen to anyone, now we understand why you said your life is a mess, what about your love life?

Naina: I never had the intention of falling in love, but I did have a crush on Sameer but he was with someone else in first year. Basically you can say he was the popular one, from a rich family, and we were middle class. I just hated those who would get everything easily. Then one day he came to my house for a marriage proposal. He loved me and I didn't wanted to get married, but my parents insisted me. I just didn't wanted to break thier hearts so I agreed to it. The next day in college everyone had found out we were getting married, and a girl just taunted me saying what did Sameer see in you, that he wants to get married so he defended me.

Nisha: How was it like after you got engaged, were people doing the same?

Naina: It was amazing, and the students got used to it eventually and started complimented us. After we got married we were all still studying, and I still wasn't used to all of this wealth, so I just stayed how I was at home. My in laws learnt a lot about me. I considered Rohan and Deepika as my brother and sister. We were a happy family, no one had any complaints about me. I followed everything that my mother taught me not knowing my real Mother had passed away in a car accident.
