Nightmare

Momo was in a room getting it ready for the new guest while softly humming a song.

"Hey, Peachy! Where are you?!" Akura shouted inside the shirne.

Akura walked into one of the rooms and noticed Momo preparing a room probably for the new guest. "Ah, there you are Peachy." He walked towards her and hugged her from behind. "Don't you disappear on me like that again, got it?"

Momo got a bit surpeised by him. "Oh, sorry, I thought I told you guys that I'm going to get a room ready for Kitaha."

"Well, you didn't tell us." He whispered that with a raspy voice in her ear.

"Why are you whispering? We are alone in this room" She whispered to him.

"Because I want to". He again whispered in a sexy and raspy voice while still holding her in his arms.

She started to blush a little "Heh... So.. Where did you wanted to go?" She said a little nervous

"I don't know. Where do you want to go?" Akura answered not letting go of her yet.

"I never thought of a place I want to go. I usually spend most of my time at the shrine" The goddess said in a soft voice.

"Hm, then I would take you to a place I hang out often, but you wouldn't like, because you don't like drinking. In that case let's just go to the hot springs?"

"Hot springs? What's that? I never heard of it." Momo asked as she looked at him and realized how close their faces were so, she tuned hers away.

Akura turned her face back so it would face his again. "Don't turn your pretty face away. I want to look at it more." He purred in a sexy way. "And hot springs are a spring of naturally hot water. We can take a dip there and relax." He smirked. -And I could enjoy the view in front of me- He thought to himself and his smirk deepened.

She blushed. "Sorry, Akura... but I don't think hot springs are good for me... I don't think my skin would like that, plus I still have work at the shrine". She said while looking away.

"Oh..." He said disappointed. "All you do is work all the time, it's annoying. You can't go do anything with me because of that." He let go of her and walked away annoyed.

"Akura, I don't have that much work. It won't take more than 15 minutes! After that I'm free!" The goddess said as she walked with him.

Momo entered the main room of the shrine and started to do her work. After 15 minutes she knocked at the door of Akura's room. "Akura? Im done working."

He had fallen asleep, probably since he was tired and not fully rested because of the nightmare he had this night.

She didn't hear any respons so she decided to peek inside. "Akura?" She smiled seeing him sleeping. "Good night". She whispered as she closed the door and walked to her room

Suddenly Akura started to turn and toss in his bed again and groan in his sleep like last night. He was having the same nightmare again. It's not usually that he gets phased by such things, but this one probably was created by his deepest consciousness fair. It was a dream about Tomoe betraying him and then Momo getting killed and him being locked up in a dark and lonely place for eternity, because he was blamed to have killed a Goddess aka Momo, though he wasn't the one to do that.

Momo was in her room listening to her precious music box thinking about Akura. "I wonder if he woke up" she said as she decided to go to his room. She opened the door and saw him tossing in his bed. As Momo got closer to him she saw that he had started to sweat. As soon as she got to Akura, she tried to wake him up. "Akura!! Wake up! It's just a dream!! Akura!!" She said shaking him while starting to think that she should throw some water on him.

Akura finally woke up. He slightly opened one of his eyes, then another and as he saw Momo next to him he jump up from the relief of seeing the goddess and hugged her tightly pressing her to his chest. "Momo!" He said her name out loud, because of how relieved he felt seeing her well and alive and realizing it was only a bad dream.

"Momo? What happened with Peachy?" She said as she hugged him back while being happy that he woke up.

He didn't care about her comment that he called her Momo and not Peachy for once, he just kept holding her not wanting to let go. He felt so much better now since she was in his arms so he started to relax and loosen his grip on her a bit.

"Akura, I don't know what you dreamed about but it's just a dream. It will never happen in real life, believe me." She said in a soft voice.

"I know... I just don't want to... Loose you..." He said as his voice started to get quiter in the end and trailing off.

She blushed "Akura, you will never lose me. I will never leave you". She said as she put a hand on his cheek looking at him.
