Breathing. A simple act. Inhale, hold, exhale.
It sounds so simple in writing. Just three little steps. It's something that is suppose to be natural. All people do it. Yet it hurts. You keep doing it because breathing is what keeps you alive. It is constant. No matter what, it's there. Through hardship, breakups, abuse; through it all.
Breathing is as simple as eating. What a good joke, right? I don't eat. Of course, I eat food. Otherwise I wouldn't be alive. I don't want to eat. I think it is pointless.
