I decided to finally do something, the door wasn't that entertaining to look at. A few sparkles, rainbow stickers and other cutesy things plastered and glued to the door just make it look like a joke. I wonder who's door it was, I mean most of the boys were here to be "fixed," right?
I don't see how that could even happen if Aaron is the one running this whole household. He's like the most model like man, then times that by a million. Off the top of my head, he had curly brown almost silk looking hair. He looked as though he ran a marathon every single day, then lifted weights for 8 hours. How the hell could someone even be that hot?
He wasn't buff but he wasn't slenderly muscular either, just in between. He had paler Carmel skin that when exposed to the bit of sunlight, seemed to turn to a darker golden colour that matched him perfectly in all ways. I wonder if any of the boys here had actually gotten to perform a nice lap dance for him, unless he was hardcore faithful to his purpose of "fixing" kids.
The time had struck around midnight, so I decided against better judgment to turn off the lights and finally try out my vape. I turned to the door and shut it quietly, leaving only myself to the existence of this room.
I took the vape from the safety of the compartment in my bag and stuffed it into my hoodie pocket before closing my bag and heading to open the window.
Opening the window was harder than I though, considering it was much louder than I expected and hoped for. When I first started lifting the fragile glass pane surrounded by plastic, a loud groan echoed from the unhealthy tracks the window followed. I cringed as the sound loudly bounced around the room then opened the screen that had been protected the outside of the window so insects and such didn't make it in to the perimeter of the house.
I climbed out onto the ledge just after my window then closed the screen but not completely, leaving a little gap between itself and the window frame so I could open it back up.
I inhaled a cold and long breath as I scooted to the side of the window, where I discovered the ledge to be a bit wider than I anticipated.
Leaning against the wall, I let out a lengthy and warm breath and snuggled into my dark blue hoodie, then reached into my pocket to retrieve the vape.
I had only been briefly told how to use it, and now that it's been a few months, it's only a vague memory. I mainly remember the most important things, such as the fire button.
The vape was a box shaped battery charged contraption and I had filled it with the peppermint flavour.
I looked at it for a then decided to just take a hit, pressing on the button as I inhaled.
It felt weird, but good as a cold tingly and refreshing but sweet flavour leaked into my throat then all around my lungs. But the seconds of my enjoyment were short lived as I started coughing.
As I continued coughing I shoved my face into the sleeve of my hoodie to better mute the sounds of a cow being slaughtered and waking anyone up. After a few minutes I had stopped my horrendous sounds and tried again, only to cough once again. Then I tried a few more times, finally getting the hang of it only to let out a weak and small sound of me clearing my throat.
I took a large inhale and properly enjoyed it before letting the vape exit my body and dissipate into the cold night air.
I was proud of successfully vaping for the first time on my own.
Another few minutes had gone by and I decided with better jugement to head back into the room. But of course, I didn't want to. It was much more enjoyable to just sit out here and think.
Ya know? I think being dead would be quite nice.
I mean- "WHAT THE FUCK MAN!"
A loud and tired voice shot through the house feeing as though the building shook slightly. I sat up from my hunched position on the ledge still outside with the vape in my hand quite suddenly nerve racked.
The sound of a door slamming open sounded just below me then foot steps of perhaps more than one person traveled outwards to the tree line about 50 yards away from the house.
Two people had emerged into my view in the darkness. It was quite late, or rather very early I'm guessing, and these two men had taken my focus off of anything that had been ravelling through my mind.
"Reed! I'm sorry! Can't we just-" the boy who I'm assuming was Reed had given a loud punch to the other boy as he yelled in agony.
"NO! Fuck you!" Reed screamed at the poor boy that he then shoved to the ground and angrily stormed off into the woods.
If the other members of the house hadn't woken up before, they sure had now.
I heard the motions of a few people running through the halls, some even commanding others.
I peeked my head back into my room for a split second only to read the time before climbing back out to the ledge then closing the glass window mostly to keep the room warmer, and yaknow, so they didn't think I ran away.
4:48 am
Funny. I've had sleepless nights before, but I had always become extremely tired. But as of today.. I feel like I could run a marathon. Not that I was hyper or anything, I just have energy per say.
"Uh.. Brendan? He's not in here?" A voice I had not heard before called out from my door way. At least, I assumed.
Another voice had told him to check the bathroom before he responded that he already had.
I decided to wait it out a little longer, just to see what would happen.
