Summary:
In this world we live in, there are two things Elijah Matthews can be sure of: he is going to die one day and he is going to live the way he wants to until then. Elijah was as normal as one teenage boy could be until his senior year of high school, where his life turned upside down in a matter of days. Isajah Woods is part of the reason Elijah's life turns to choas, Isajah is part of the reason Elijah has to go through a war, a war that could easily destroy everything Elijah once knew.
Character Descriptions:
You've never quite met a boy like Elijah Matthews, he is: small, pale and slightly Gothic but not enough to make him stand out. Lij (pronounced: Lie) likes to live his life knowing that he could die any second, he likes the aspect of living each day without regret, he likes to be himself.
Isajah Woods was the exact opposite, he was: tall, muscular, tan and an all American boy in every sense. Izzy was indestructible, his long list of ancestors told him that and he wasn't about to die any time soon. Why shouldn't he live the way he wanted too? Why shouldn't he have regrets?
