Passing time wattys 2023

Part 2

The kid's pediatrician was up for seeing just Maddy, and to see if her hearing was okay or if she will need a hearing aid of some type later on down the road cause he loved just having one of the kids come to see him cause when they have to have their check-up he has to have a half-day opened just for them to come in, so it can all be done and get them all seen as well

"It is booked we will see the pediatrician after lunch," Logan says to Kendall as they headed to lunch with Maddy

"Perfect we will pick her glasses up before we head to the pediatrician," Kendall says as he was looking at Logan as they

"Yup I want to see if it will improve," Logan says as he was looking at Kendall

Kendall and Logan took Maddy to their favorite small diner for lunch and she ate whatever Kendall and Logan fed her

"She is our little eater," Kendall tells Logan

"Yeah she is," Logan says as he was still feeding Maddy

(Later that afternoon)

"Okay, Maddy you are off to the Dr," Kendall says once they had gotten her glasses and she was quite happy she could see better

Logan was picturing if this was from when he was pregnant with the quads and this wasn't detected at birth cause the nurses barely did any testing on her as they did with the others cause they handed her right to him once he was back in his room and recovering from the births

"Do you think they missed this when she was born?" Logan asks Kendall

"They might have missed it for all we know," Kendall says as he was still driving to the doctors right now

"I hope they didn't knowing the kid's doctor he would want to do a full workup on all of them and he will see what they might have," Logan says as he was riding next to Maddy in the backseat right now

"Probably he will," Kendall says as he was still driving to the doctor's right now

(Doctors)

Kendall parked the car and he was going to get little Maddy out of the car and they could head in

"Yes Maddy Henderson-Schmidt for Dr.Sing," Logan says as he was signing her in right now

"Yes we will call her back soon," the nurse says as he took the paper from Logan

Logan and Kendall were going to play with her for the time being until she got called back

"You love to play don't you Maddy bug?" Kendall asks her as him and Logan were playing with her right now

Maddy didn't hear daddy at all she kept playing by herself right now cause she was quite the happy camper right now

"Madeline Henderson-Schmidt" the nurse calls from the doorway

"That's you Maddy bug" Logan says as he picks her up and takes her to wher ethe nurse was right now

Kendall and Logan went in with her and she had her height and weight checked right away for her files

"Okay right in here" the nurse tells them

Kendall explained what is going on with Maddy and she doesn't hear her parents or her siblings much, but she talks here and there so they were worried for her hearing

"Okay I need to take her vitals" the nurse says to the couple right now

Logan held her as she had her vitals checked, and she hated that part right now cause she wanted to go home

"The Dr. will be in soon" the nurse says as she left

"It's okay Maddy" Logan says as he was holding her to his heart content right now cause he could see that she hated that

Kendall tried to make her laugh and nothing worked she kept crying and crying cause she hated it

(Much later)

"There's my favorite patient" Dr. Sing says as he came in the room to check on Maddy

Maddy was all smiles when she saw the doctor

"I hear she has problems with her hearing?" the doctor asks Kendall and Logan

"Yeah we are really worried for her" Kendall says as he was looking at Maddy

The doctor started to check her out to see if she had a build up of wax in her ears or if she could hear at all

"I am going to take care of the wax and then have her go for a hearing test that is done right in the office" Dr. SIng says to Kendall and Logan

"Perfect don't have to go far" Logan says to the doctor     

"Nope" Kendall says as he was going to follow behind Logan who had Maddy right now

Dr. Sing was going to set it up for Maddy as Logan was close to her cause he was going to see what day was completely open so he could have all of the kids come in together cause he wanted to see if they have any other health problems cause he was worried about that right now

(Much later)

Logan held a sleeping Maddy on his shoulder right now cause she was wore out from testing

"Well she is deaf in her one ear and I'm going to have her fitted for hearing aids as well to see if that helps and 100% of the time it does and she might have to have an implant later in life to help her I can see the hearing aid will work in her favor" Dr. Sing says to Kendall and Logan

"That's good and she will be normal" Kendall says as he looks at Maddy who was sleeping right now in mommy Logan

"I'm going to have the others checked out as well to see if they have any health issues as well cause I'm worried about the other three and the others as well" Dr. Sing says as he looks to see what week and day was the most open
