It's Not Going To Work - Fremione

The train ride

Hermione was excited. She was starting her fourth year at Hogwarts and honestly the past three years were both physically and mentally draining and she was just looking forward to a relaxing hard studying year but with Harry involved she knew that was highly unlikely.
She sat on the train with Harry, Ron, Ginny and Neville. And couldn't help but smile she was almost home.
Now regarding what happened on the Window seat was a secret, she new Fred didn't want any other siblings finding out about losing all that money, he just didn't want to bother anyone. So what she said to Ginny was that he didn't show up. Ginny was a little mad so questioned Fred to which Fred replied he forgot going along with the lie he knew nothing about.
Hermione was looking out the window petting Crookshanks daydreaming about Fred kissing her cheek over and over when she was rudely interrupted by a crashing noise.
"Well well well, look who is in here, Saint Potter and his Mudblood and Blood Traitor" Hermione's body went stiff, she had been dreading this meeting since she punched Draco in the face. She could see Ron start to ball his first up and new it was going to turn into a fight.
"Well well Malfoy looks like your nose cleaned up well" she smirked knowing Draco didnt want anyone to know
"Stop talking Mudblood i didn't speak to you now did i" Draco fired back. Harry laughed
"Remember Draco Hermione has a good left hook so don't over step" Hermione smiled she had been practicing and wouldnt mind doing it again if it meant Draco would leave them alone but she knew that was never going to happen but I didn't seem likely and Draco huffed away clearly not wanting another broken nose.
Hermione went back to daydreaming about a peacefully about her up and coming year, she didn't notice the compartment door opening and the twins and Lee entering to sit with the group, it wasn't until she was nudged by Ron that her focus came back to the compartment.
"Oh hi, didn't realise we had other company" she stated to the group.
Fred smiled "not even me Mione I'm hurt honestly I am" she rolled her eyes
"so what are we talking about?" She questioned
"well my mum was telling me something exciting is happening at Hogwarts this year and she was really giddy about it but I had to remind her the last three years have been exciting" lee spoke
"I mean ever since Harry started we haven't had a normal year which I am one hundred percent happy with especially when they cancel exams" said George.
"Of course that would make you happy the only thing I've seen you study on is your pranks" Hermione said in a slightly annoyed tone.
"Those pranks make you smile sometimes Mione don't lie" Fred replied
"Yeh when they aren't done one me, don't think I've forgot that time you two turned my hair orange and called me Weasley for a week" Hermione snapped she got up and tried to leave the compartment but Fred stopped her
"I know you didn't like that but the name Weasley suits you Mione" he whispered into her ear. Hermione could feel her face get warmer and warmer so decided that to face any embarrassment she pushed past Fred and out the compartment door
"What did you go and say Fred" she could hear Ron ask
"I just said the truth" was Fred's reply.
