Ri danced through the trees, her friends, Arcum and Lilium following close behind. Arcum and Lilium are Daemonium. Most people would be scared of them, Ri wasn't. They would accept calling her anything less then master though. Lilium is an Imatationis Daemonium. Arcum is a Lupus Daemonium. Daemonium are dark shadowy creatures that attack most humanoids, but not Ri. They protected Ri. Arcum and Lilium are her best friends/bodyguards in a sense.

(I will openly admit that Sinon is my second favorite character from that series but you cannot shake my belief that Yuuki was the best character that show had!)
Caeli, Gladius, and Aqua were currently crossing through a forest on their way to the ruined town of Legio. Suddenly Aqua's Ears perked up. A howl was heard soon after. Everyone readied their Animus. (Soul weapons) Two pairs of glowing eyes were seen, one red, the other gold.
Caeli: "A Lupus and is that?! An Imatationis?! Here?!?!" The Lupus crawled forward, growling, with the Imatationis following it. The Imatationist had taken on the form of a young girl at this point but looked ready to change at any moment. "A cat faunes!!!!!" They looked beyond the Imatationis to see a girl of about fourteen staring wide-eyed with joy at Aqua.
Gladius: "Listen kid, you need to run NOW." She looked confused.
Girl: "Why? Arcum and Lilium wouldn't hurt a fly, would you?" The Imatationis nods to the girl while the Lupus yips in agreement.
Aqua: "...You can speak to them?" The girl nods.
Girl: "Yepp! Oh! I'm Veritas by the way, but you can call me Ri!" She gives a smile that would melt stone.
Caeli: "I'm Caeli, these are Gladius and Aqua."
Ri: "I'm so glad to meet you! Say," She leans towards Aqua. "Can I pet your ears?"

Aqua: "Pardon?!" Ri laughs sheepishly. Caeli looks at the others then at the Daemonium.
Caeli: "Hey Ri, why don't you and your...friends come with us? We're going to Legio to activate the portal to Imperii and-"
Ri: "We'll come!!!!!" She then grabs Aqua's hand and runs off, the Daemonium following.
