Watch this video for my inspiration for disguises... Hehehehe...

What is she gonna get us into? I think again, looking at myself in the mirror with the traci clothing on. "Damn, I look good," I say to myself.

"Yeah, you do. Why wouldn't you? But for me?" She says, scoffing at herself. She shakes her head, turning away to go put her suit on.

I am still a bright blue. I giggle a little, stretching. "You high or something Connor? Cuz if not, that was probably one of the most bi and/or gay laughs I have ever heard. Like wow Connor," she says, wearing the suit she "came with". I only got my pants on when I quickly slipped my shirt on, buttoning it up.

I blush, quickly sliding my jacket on and buckling my belt with a light chink. "Need something?" I ask her, snapping my jacket so it's wrinkle-free. She shakes her head. "Ok, if you say so," I say, straightening my tie in the mirror, grabbing my coin and flipping it into my pocket.

"Let's go now." She says, putting her lanyard around her neck. I nod and follow her. We both get into the taxi. I, my 6-foot tall self, feels cramped, just a bit. She snickers, as I got just a bit stuck.

------ y/n's POV ------

Connor is such a dork. He first was posing in the mirror, looking at how cute he is in the traci outfit, and now he is half stuck. I mean, I can't say much, as I am a pretty tall/short android. Connor finally finesses his way into a comfy position.

I lean on him until we are about to get there. It isn't like everyone in the Detroit Police force knows we are a thing, or is suspicious. Connor sighs airily, staring out the window. I smile, then the taxi stops and says an automated line, over and over.

I help Connor out of the car. Conan is standing there, hands behind his back. "So, you finally show it." He says, nodding to Connor.

Connor blushes, realising he is holding me in a hug, arms wrapped around my waist. "Oh uh..." He stutters. I roll my eyes, kissing him straight on, confirming. Conan makes a soft noise of approval.

Connor is silent as we walk into the building. He wishes Hank were still alive, but still reluctantly, per usual, sits at his desk. I sit, looking sideways at Connor, wondering how we could convince Fowler to get our desks switched around.

"Y/n, you still with us?" Gavin says roughly. I snap up, breaking my daydreaming. I nod. "Well, not even a few minutes and we have a case." He then says, grabbing Conan's hand. I nod, Connor takes my hand once I get up.

We all try to get to the door first, like kids. Conan and Gavin are on our tail, but Connor and I's speed combined is faster than Conan dragging Gavin.

We win, bending over and panting, despite us being androids. Connor laughs, loosing his synthetic breath. I jump up immediately, getting to the car first.

Gavin grumbles something, like, "Fucking androids." I smile, letting him drive, for once. "See I can be nice!" I said, huffing.

"Hey, I didn't say that--recently--now did I?" He whines, glancing in the rear-view mirror. I glare slightly, Connor trying to make us not fight.

"Con, don-" I say, him kissing me mid-sentence to shut up. Gavin rolls his eyes. "Anything to keep her quiet," he said. Connor nods, looking out his window.

Gavin keeps grumbling something, playing with the toothpick in his mouth. He tunes into some pop-rock music. Nines watches Gavin driving, plus this is honestly the longest drive I have been on.

And that is not surprising, because I am an android, and have not had quite a long life so far. I fall asleep, leaning further into Connor.

Next thing I know, it is pretty bright outside, but we are still moving, barely. "We are almost there, all the way across Michigan, it felt like. But it was only all the way across Detroit." Conan stated, sighing.

I nod. Connor looks... comfy, ish. We finally get there, and I need to stretch, my joints are going to lock up. I was the fastest to get out and warm-up. I may have been warming up, but it was cold.

Connor rolls his eyes, turns down his sensitivity, and gives me his jacket. "I had to get out, I could stand to sit another minute," I tell him, gripping the jacket, and pulling it tighter around my shoulders, still shivering.

I look down, crunching the frosty grass that seems it is going to only get thicker and thicker in ice. Gavin has been really angry for some reason. But he softens up whenever Conan says his hands... feel cold. He then huffs on Conan's hands, warming them up.

Connor feels bad that he cant do the same to himself or me, so he just holds my hands, then puts his gloves on me. "I-I will b-be fin-n-ne." He says, me blushing and confused as to why he was doing this for me.

We walk to the spot, not far from the overlook. "Jesus Christ! This is a huge massacre!" Gavin exclaims, gagging, surprisingly.

"They said it was a massacre or mass murder, but not this big," I said, visually scrolling through the report that got sent in. He nods sideways, crouching down to look at the frozen-on screams of the victims' dead faces. A drifting feel of dread hangs over our heads.

I am so excited! I am/was (depending on when you read this) in South Dakota! Wish me luck because I am competing for Taekwondo! I hope you liked this chapter!
