"And we were then in pursuit, when... when he ran into the wall and got stabbed 28 times. And I came to you!" Connor said, finishing the story of his adventures. She smiled, clapping. "Glad you listened to my stupid life..." He said, a light blue creeping across his cheeks.

"You think your life was stupid and/or boring? You should hear my life! I did nothing but do housework around this huge lab, pretty boring for those 13 years, barely getting anything nice! Very boring, huh?" Y/n said, holding his shoulders. He scoffs, them both laughing after. Your h/c hair falls over your face, Connor puts it behind your ear.

~3rd person~

Her head shoots up after hearing a small ping. She shoots herself up quickly. "Better give Elijah his food, not good to keep him waiting!" She says, nervously. She pats Connor's back before getting up. She scaredly gets his food and gets yelled at. "YOU'RE SO UNGRATEFUL ELIJAH!!!! YOU NEVER SAY THANK YOU, YOU NEVER TREAT ME, YOU NEVER DO ANYTHING TO FULFIL MY NEEDS!!!" She yelled back, storming back to Connor, covered in his soda. He got up to help her.

"GO AHEAD, RUN ALONG TO YOUR MALE COUNTERPART!!! I DON'T CARE WHAT THE HELL YOU DO, JUST GO YOU PIECE OF SCRAP METAL!!!" Kamski yelled, gulping his beer.

~Connors POV~

She gets in the shower and washes up. While she's showering I hear her singing after she grumbles about what an ungrateful bastard he is. It makes me happy to hear her sing, that I even blush and hum along. It was the song that she loved so much.

"Fight on, just a little while longer, fight on...."

She sang beautifully. Connor thought, smiling once she finishes up. "That nasty, perverted prick! He thinks I'm just a housemaid! Doin' all his dirty work! I'm a detective android! Not a stupid housewife! UGH!!!" She shouts, storming again, scaring the robotic arms in the lab. "Woah... You don't want to cross her when she's mad. At least I can get her to calm down." I said, very nervously talking to myself while the android sleeping in the lab woke up by accident. "Back to sleep," I said, the android's eyes fluttering shut slowly. "We need to go out to a cafe and hang out or something," I mumbled.

I had plucked up all my courage to go talk to her. And now, it was time. I walked over to her door. I took a deep breath, getting ready to knock.
