Backstory:
Clarissa always knew there was something "special" about her. Growing up, she never looked like either of her parents. She had a photo of her long deceased father in her pocket to prove it. And when she got into high school, she always felt this need to fight for the little guy and to keep the bullies at bay. During one such fight, she felt something stirring inside her chest. She let out this loud scream that shattered windows and busted open lockers. Sending the bullies—and everyone and everything else—to the far end of the hallway.
She immediately left school the moment the shock wore off. She ran to the hospital where her mother was being held. The poor lady had metastasized cancers of all kinds, and barely clung on. It was then that Sarah Grace told her daughter the truth. That she was not Clarissa's biological mother. The previous rounds of cancers had made sure of that. She gave her daughter a slip of paper with the name of the fertility clinic and told her to seek out her bio-mom, for the sickly woman was no longer in any condition to take care of Clarissa.
The search took a few years, but eventually the young blonde found herself on the from steps of a large mansion. When the door opened, she asked the millionaire, "Where can I find Dinah Lance?"
