After the mess Harry made 2 days ago things went back to normal at the hospital and Louis is so excited cause Jace will be discharged today. It kinda surprised the boy and even the doctor that Jace recovered faster than expected.

After Dr Kim helped Louis escaped from Harry, they suddenly becoming friends since Louis started to trust the doctor. He can't help that he's easily attached to a person. (A/N: leave me alone I just want my baby to stay longer in this book 😅)

Yes it's true that Jace's wounds is fully recovered but little did Louis know that the man actually begged the doctor to release him today because he wanted to be there with Louis during his birthday tomorrow.
At first the Korean doctor refused to let Jace out but the man promised that the doctor will be invited to the little get together surprise he prepared along with others for Louis.

"Is everything packed?" doctor Kim asked the boy who seems like he just finished packing the bag.

"Yes Tae"

"By the way, where's Jace?" The doctor asks again looking around the room for his patient.

"He's outside, said that he needs to make an important phone call" Louis says, without thinking much. He's just excited that they're going back home.

"Oh really? I bet he's a busy guy right?" the doctor says tryna make a conversation with the boy.

Louis nods, "Yeah, and I wouldn't be surprised if he have to stay at the office because of his immature boss"

Taehyung raises his eyebrows, "You sounds annoyed. Why?"

Louis sighs, "I don't know, I just hope Harry is not going to ask Jace to do weird things cause he still needs to be monitored, I'm worried"

Taehyung nods his head in understanding, "It must be hard for you"

"Hey! I'm a strong man you know"

Taehyung laughs, "Of course you are...hmm I'm gonna miss having you and Jace here"

Louis smiles, "Well I'm not going to miss you though, I'm glad that we're leaving"

The doctor frowns, "Yeah I know, I did horrible things to you so it's totally understandable, I'm just glad I knew someone like you and I just wish we met sooner but in different kind of situation"

Louis trying to hold his laugh cause the man in front of him looks like a puppy that got scolded by his owner.

"Why are you sounding so sad huh? I thought you're happy that we're finally leaving?" Louis tease the man more.

"You really hate me? I thought that we were doing okay and built some type of friendship here? I guess I'm wrong" the doctor looks down on his shiny black polished shoes.
