"Pavel! I need to talk to that guy you referred to me. I can't contact him. I need to make my neighbors go back to normal before things get out of hand." Nine was walking back and forth in front of his friend.

"Yo mate. Chill. You got these two dudes after you. That's a blessing you should just be grateful for." Pavel dranks the banana smoothie and offered some to Nine.

"No. You don't understand. They're constantly banging on my-"

"Oh goodie. You guys banging already?" Pavel wiggles his brows at Nine.

"What the fork! On my door! They're banging on my door, taking me on dates." Nine explains.

"Sure sure sure. I hope your door could accomodate them both." Pavel laughed at his own joke while Nine just stared at him unamused.

"I hate you right now."

"Okay. Sorry mate. I just couldn't help myself. But what is wrong with that? You get to go out on dates with those two. You did say they were quite the lookers."

Nine stopped walking and sat on the couch wearing a sad look on his face.

"Hey? What's wrong?" Pavel sat beside him, suddenly concerned.

"Everything.. This is wrong."

Nine didn't answer and with his silence Pavel understood what Nine was going through.

"I just.. I ruined any possibility of friendship with them. They were really nice to me and it's all because of what I put in those brownies. Now I'll never know if we could have been really true friends without the help of that potion in the first place." Nine's voice was sad and defeated.

Pavel pats his back.

"Okay. Okay. I'll message my friend who has a contact with that potion guy." Pavel took out his phone and started typing.

Nine looked at him.

"Wait.. What do you mean you'll call your friend? I thought this is your potion guy?" Nine was confused.

"Oh please. You know I don't believe in those things. And besides, I have Dome in my arms. I don't really need a potion on that part." Pavel confidently responded.

"Whatever. Just tell your friend to call that guy up. I want everything to go back to normal."

Do I really want that?

Nine himself was unsure.

After an hour of attempting to contact Pavel's friend. They managed to set a meet up in the same alley where Nine bought the potion.

"Alright kid. This should calm things down. mix it in their drink and you're good to go." The shady old fat guy, still in the dirty fur coat that Nine saw him first, handed him a liquid in a tiny bottle, blue in color this time.

Nine and Pavel look away for a few seconds and then the man was gone.

"There, you found the antidote for your lovesick neighbors. What if they start partying again when they're 'normal'?" Pavel asked.

Nine shrugged.

"I dont know. Guess I'll just have to move from my place." Nine smiled.

"Oh mate. I'm so sorry." Pavel gives Nine a sidehug

"That's better than them being nice to me because they think they like me."

Nine curved his lips into a smile that doesn't seem to match his eyes.
