The Capital

We get moved into a room, and im by myself again. It had 2 blue felt couches and a table like place. I wait for awhile when my dad walks in.. a look of sadness acrost his face.
"D-Dad.." I choke out tears spilling from my face
He hugs me so tight as I cry in his shoulder, he pulls away too soon, but its not him its the "Peace Keepers"
"I love you!" He yells being dragged out of the room"
"I love you too!" I manage to say before he is ripped from the room.
Next tycan come in, its evident he has been crying.
"Stay Alive" he says
And I laugh for a second.
"Be smart.. I dont know what it will be like.. but find something to drink, to eat, a place to stay... dont trust alot of people!" He continues
I grab his hand, and look him im the eye.
"I will.."
"I love you.." he says
We just hug, before the peace keepers show up and he willingly goes with them.
Then my 2 little sisters walk in and we talk and hug for a bit before they too leave. And again Im alone.. Soon we're being escorted out.. cameras flash in our face I try to smile.. on a train headed to the capital, me and Asher talk about our lives for a bit, I find out he has 2 sisters and that hes 15..  and for just a moment.. I forgot we were on a train headed to our deaths.
Then someone walks in.
"Hi, Im Roin Ill be your "Mentor" persay!" He had bright blue spiked up hair, ovuisly from the capital. Olive skin, and yellow/Gold eyes, probaly contacts.
Asher rolls his eyes,
I just look at him
"Well then...?" He says
I look at him curiosly
"Whats your names?" He says slowly
"Oh.." I say
"Im Maddie, This is Asher" i say pointing to asher who gives me a look.
I shrug.
"Well nice to meet you Maddie" he says smiling shaking my hand
He glares at asher.
Asher just rolls his eyes.
The the train stops and we go inside where they show us our rooms..
Mine is beautiful!
It has light purple falls and a soft plush gray carpet, the curtans a soft spiral down a dark purple, on the headboard it read my name, and there sat a desk filled with paper and pencles, and the smell... it was like chocolate charies.. My mouth dropped in awe as I ran to the bed jumping on jt staring st the ceiling..
I decided to take a bath.. i remember when I was 13 I got a nice one with some soap thing my mom bought.. it was amazing..
I go into the bathroom to find amazment diffrent soaps lined up I picked one that said chocolate Pinapple and got undressed I layed in the hot water relaxing for what seamed like hours.. when i was done I got out and found a beautiful dark blue knee length dress, with rimestones on the bottom.. it shined like the ocean..
I fell in love, and then I realized it was dinner time..
So I ran to the dining room, expecting some bread or something.
But ehat I found was a whole table lined up eith fruits and veggitsbles meat of all kinds, many diffrent types of bread and many other things..
I stared at awe are Maria Castle giggled and Roin smiles I sat next to Asher who smiled and I smiled too.
"You look..." he said as I blushed
"A-Amazing" he stuttered, blushing
Maria and Asher looked at eachother.
"Sooooo" asher said interrupting the silence..
"What are your skills.." I was thinking when Asher started talking..
"Im good at Tridants,spears.. and anything long.." he says the blush fading from his perfect cheeks
Roan looks at me for a second then back at Asher.
"Good.." he says
"What about yyou Maddie?" He asks
"Uhh.. knives" I say shrugging
"Basically any knife I can work with.. also gymnastics is good for me too!"
Asher cuts in "im good at making traps!"
"Good, Good!" He says looking at us.
"You guys are from 11 right?" He asks and we both nod
"Are you guys anygood at dertemining plants? Poisons?" He asks I nod and asher shakes his head.
"Thats okay asher... but Maddie, dont forget about it its important, and asher try to learn some!" We both nod. We will talk more tomarow you guys get some rest tomarow we will watch the reapings and talk about strategies!
We both nod again and head to bed..
I lay done falling asleep almost instanly, into the deep sleep of eternity..
