The next day I got up and dressed got Maci up and dressed and took her over to see Jacob since Billy and Carlisle said he is healing really well and that by this time tomorrow he will be fully healed.

I left Maci there with Billy and Jacob so she could spend time with him, and not be around when things get ugly for Bella.

Once I left Billy's I headed over to the police station pressed charges and put out a warrant out for Bella's arrest for attempted kidnap. No, I am not hiding behind the law. I just don't wanna be in jail and miss my daughter's life.

I left the station and headed to Charlie's place and knocked on the door.

"Hello Alexia how are you?" he asked

"Well Chief Swan, I have come here to tell you your daughter tried to have Edward kidnap Paul's and my baby girl last night," I tell him

He looked at me in shock

"What?"

I nodded my head, then I went on to explain everything that Edward told Sam and them last night. I didn't even leave out how she tried to hit me and I defended myself telling him if he didn't believe me I had so many witnesses. I told him how we tried to get her to leave but she refused which lead to her convincing Edward to try and kidnap Maci.

He shook his head and rubbed his temple.

"I am so sorry for that, I will deal with her," he said

"Well, sir I already pressed charges and put a warrant out for her arrest. I mean it was either that or be beat her ass, and I told that to the cops at the station and they said what route I took was better so I wouldn't miss out on Maci's life. So  Cheif your cops will be arresting your daughter for her crime" I explained

He nodded and thanked me and we said our goodbyes then I left and headed to Billy's to check on them and see how Maci was.

I told Jacob all that had happened and he was ticked off with Bella, I told him not to worry I handled it the none violent way.

He apologized which I told him it wasn't his fault she just thought she would get away with an attempt to kidnap Maci when her plan backfired. I also told him that Sam and them were dealing with the Cullen's since Edward broke the treaty.

We talked a bit more then I took Maci home and got her bathed, got her in her pajama's and tucked into Paul's and my bed while I surrounded her with Pillows and I took a quick shower.

"Baby I'm home" I heard Paul call out after I stepped outta the shower and got dried off.

 "Be out in a moment," I said

Once I was dressed I walked out and smiled when I saw Maci curled up next to her daddy.

"So what happened?" I asked

I joined them in bed and looked over at Paul.

"Sam gave them two choices, to leave and never come back or fight and die," Paul said

I nodded

"They said they would leave and that they are sorry that what had occurred had taken place."

"Well seems like both occurrences are taken care of," I tell him

"What all did you do?"

"Well since I didn't want to miss out on Maci's life, I pressed charges on her instead of beating her ass."

" I am glad that you didn't fight her, cause Maci needs you in her life more."

"I know thats why I pressed charrges and didn't fight like I wanted to."
