Chapter 11... Cairie's P.O.V.
Ahh! My fever went up! What’s the matter? Where’s the power of mind!?
*cough*… Crap… I can’t even sit up straight… I’m even this excited. Did I use all my energy thinking about him? Someone knocked—it’s mom.
“Cairie look. Someone left some fruits in front of our house. Maybe it’s Kevin!” said mom.
Huh?! He did go by here?! Is he worried? Oh no! What if he was? I even told some harsh words to him… What should I do now? … I really want to see him…

Tomorrow came… my fever slightly went down… but even if I wanted to go to school, I won’t see Kevin coz it’s weekend and there’s no classes today. Sigh…
*cough* Ahh… it’s so boring resting all day…
My mom knocked at the door.
“Cairie? Are you awake?” Mom called
“Yeah, enter” I said as I sat down.
“What’s with the clothes Mom, Dad too? You are going out?” I asked.
“Yes honey, I’m sorry but can we leave you alone? It’s an emergency” Mom said with a worrying face.
“It’s about work right? … I’m fine alone, I’m just laying here” I said.
“But call us if something happened to you, okay? It’s a must! We’ll be right back.”
“Mama, it’s hard to leave Caire alone. She’s also sick.” Dad whined like a child.
“Dad, don’t worry, nothing will happen to me” I said to rest him assured.
“But . . .”
“Let’s go, Papa… Caire, we’ll be right back soon”
“Bye, bye. Be careful!” I waved to them…. And I heard the car going...
Sigh, but thank goodness my fever slightly went down…
