Discuss three times you were proud of yourself
1. When I joined the Philippine Mathematical Olympiad. I was one of the students who got the chance to join the Math competition. It was held in the city. I remember there were lots of students from different schools. I wasn't confident to win and be able to proceed to the next level of the competition but I tried my best to pass it.
2. When I got the college scholarship. I was so thrilled, excited, and a bit nervous when I got it mainly because I had no clue what to study in college in my hometown. The one thing I like which is Linguistic is only in the city and we were not allowed to study there. I had a high school friend who also passed the scholarship and I asked her what she wanted to study. Just because I know her, I also had the same course with her even if it wasn't the one I really like. Nevertheless, I studied hard for four years, maintained my grades, and got the award as the Best in Information Technology in my batch in the graduation ceremony. I was too afraid to lose the scholarship. Without it, I wouldn't be able to study college cos my parents couldn't afford it. We were destitute. In fact, after high school graduation, I planned to just look for a job and work.
3. When I started teaching English to Koreans, Japanese, Chinese and Thai. I didn't expect that I would love to do it. If I only had known that I can teach English to foreign students, I would have studied education Major in English and be licensed to do it. Though I dislike teaching group class.
