Months Later...

Maddie's POV

Okay, to clear things up, Dominant Xiaojun is supposed to be a prank on Lucas! But it kinda messed up because xiaojun kissed him which clearly is NOT IN THE PLAN. He said he creeped out that moment. Then he decided to stop because Lucas is getting... you know? Whipped on dominant xiaojun. Until now, Lucas didn't have a single clue on what's happening.

By the way, I'm in the volleyball team of the school and my position is a middle blocker. Yeah right, being a middle blocker of the team is always assigned on me. Then they made the right choice. Ashley is also in the team and she's the team captain. I rolled my eyes as I heard the coach announced that.

"Why her? Do you want this team to lose huh?! Tell me!" I wanted to say that to them but of course I didn't.

Until a student complained that she's always the team captain blah blah and they must change it because she always scold them for being stupid when it comes to error or in short, she's a horrible leader. Many people in the team agreed. Ashley's usual glare isn't working on them so she tried to glare more intensely to scare them. I rolled my eyes.

'Your glare is so scary, even cockroaches didn't even move an inch because it really scared them!' I thought sarcastically with a smirk.

"So who's going to be the captain of the team now?" The coach asked and some random idiot shouted my name then many people started calling my name.

"MADDIE! MADDIE! MADDIE!" they say. My eyes widened as I saw them pointing at me. Ashley glared at me.

"So, Maddie? Are you in or are you out?" The coach asked and Ashley is mouthing me to say 'out'.

"Of course I'm in-" Then many people cheered and the coach just nodded in reply.

Why are they cheering? I only said that because I'm INSIDE here. Can't they see me?

"OKAY. MEET YOUR NEW TEAM CAPTAIN, MADDIE WONG!" my eyes widened once again.

WAIT WHAT!? HE WAS JUST ASKING IF I WAS IN OR-

SHIT! WHAT THE FUCK!

UGH! Whatever. At least I'll get a chance on being famous at this school. Lucas said that 100% of student-athletes here are fucking famous. So if I'm the team captain then I'll get more famous? I don't know. That's what they all say.

Damn. What has gotten into me? Why am I so whipped over xiaojun? And I'm starting to get this weird feeling around him. I must be sick, right?

I am straight. But I think I'm gay for xi-

"WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU SAYING?! YOU'RE TOTALLY SICK!" I yelled at myself. Maddie looked at me weirdly.

"Is there something wrong?" she asked worriedly and she put her hand on my forehead to check my temperature.

"Uh... no. It's just I'm talking to myself that's all." I sighed.

"Let me guess. It's xiaojun. Am I right?" she asked and my eyes widened.

"How do you know?"

"Because I know that you're so whipped over him. Look, now you're talking to yourself." I sighed once again then looked down.
