2 months later ~ Ta'lea P.O.V.
"Mama when is the baby coming home?"
"Lele I told you tomorrow , she gained her 20 pounds so we can bring her home."
"I can't wait imma come visit y'all !"
"Why don't you just come back home?"
"Cause my Daddy nearly beat me to death for not coming home and I can't stand him."
"Please I miss you so much , Listen. I lost Diamond I gotta loose you too?"
I hung the phone up she just had to bring Diamond up. She always doing Bullshit like that. Flash backs of the funeral day were pouring into my head.
My mama was applying makeup to my face to hide the bruises my daddy put on there. I was wearing a black pencil skirt. With a long sleeve purple polo top with a black polo man. I had flats and my hair was straight reaching the middle of my back.
"Mama when I cry people are gonna see what he did ."
"Don't worry about that okay?" My mama was mostly silent she didn't really like speaking now a days . I felt the same way .
Kasey walked in wearing the same thing I was wearing her Tia , Ria , and I were gonna match.
"Yunno I'm wearing this better than the rest of you right?" We all looked and laughed . That's why we needed Kasey around she could make us laugh during the most serous and sad times. Tia and Ria were over our house my mama wasn't acting funny towards them . She wasn't that type. My mama and their mama actually got along . They both were mad at my daddy. Cause he didn't tell them about each other. But , that was then and this is now. My mama kept him btw.
"Alright girls come on." My daddy came in the room saying. That was like his twentieth coming in the room he thought the twins mama and my mama were gonna rip each others hair out.
"Alright." My mama answered and we walked down the stairs.
When we got outside our mouths dropped in awe. we actually get to ride in the limo. Don't. forget we still from the hood , non of us not even the twins were use to this kind of treatment.
"Come on we don't got forever." I walked in front of the other girls and grabbed Addarren's hand he was walking towards his uncle's car. "I'm sorry for yelling at you and can you sit by me at the funeral ?"
He looked into my eyes and said "Sure". He looked around and nobody was looking. He gave me a soft peck on my cheek . I smiled and got into the limo he got inside his ride. I started to get sad as I saw the police escorts , this was really it Diamond is really gone. I'm gonna miss her.......
~Later at the church still Lele P.O.V.
"God we come to you today to celebrate the homecoming of Diamond Johnson."
"She's been here for 17 years. As we can see that's not that long . But , heavenly father you must have seen she was struggling and you reached out and touched this heavenly angel. Father god I come to you today and ask that you touched the hearts of her family members. I pray that you dry their tears and fill that empty feeling of sadness inside. May everyone of the church bow their heads.
Our father that aren't in heaven hollow be thy name, thy kingdom come that will be done on Earth. As it is in heaven give us this daily bread and forgive our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. And not lead us into temptation , but deliver us from evil for thine is the kingdom and for the power and the glory forever and ever

We lifted our heads. And I looked over Addarren was all dressed up. He saw me looking then in twined our hands together. The choir started singing he has his hands on you which was Diamond's and I favorite song. I started to cry hard. I've never felt so sad. Addarren hugged me. My granny brought tissue over. She was crying , Kasey was crying , all of us were. Addarren , Tre , and Tupac slipped a few tears , but they kept it Gangsta. They're words not mine. The funeral went on for two more hours. When we got to the burial I literally lost it . I haven't been this sad a day in my life.
Someone walked into the room breaking my thoughts.
"Ta'lea you good?" I looked it was Nana.(Nan-na).
"No." I felt tears rolling down my face. I felt Like I wasn't going to get one this.
Next Day ~Lele P.O.V.
"She's so cute!" I said as I watched the baby in her crib.
"I know , looks like Diamond." Tia and added.
"My beautiful grand baby." My mama said smiling.
"Oo look at my liddo grand baby." My daddy added.
"Now Kalia and Tra'von got play mates. Well Tra'von gotta sister , but Kalia got a new cousin. Kasey said.
We all were happy I felt like that emptiness was going away.
Later on that night . ~ Lele P.O.V.
Armoni , which was the baby's name I found Diamond's old Diary . She said if she was to have a girl she would name it Armoni. I loved that name. Anyway Armoni was holding on to my finger. I was singing twinkle twinkle little star to her. She looked so sweet. I loved her already.
"Sweet dreams Armoni." I put her in the crib that was next to my mama and daddy's bed. She fell asleep a few minutes later.
I walked down stairs and left. It was around 10. I knew they wanted me to stay , but I just couldn't .
