*blah blah blah yeah they got Taco Bell I'm gonna skip a few days ok*

*5 Days Later*

"Ervin?" I heard "It's been a week, tomorrow you're going to school." My mom told me.

I sighed. I was avoiding this conversation. I loved our new place, really, but I miss my old friends. I miss the days when I was happy to show up to school. I just have a really bad feeling about this school.

This past week has been pretty amazing. Emmy and I FaceTime and Oovoo everyday and every night before we go to sleep. As a matter of fact, that's what I'm doing right now; Oovooing Emmy and Alec. They're been getting pretty close since I've left, but I wouldn't blame them.

"Okay, mom," I told her "Can you please close the door? I'm FaceTiming Emmy and Alec."

She nodded, "Okay, but are you doing anything today? Hanging with Alex? Jade? Julie?"

The 4 of us have gotten pretty close for me only being here for a week. They all know about Emmy and Alec and that I would never replace them, even if my life depended on it. They also know how much Emmy mean to me, girlfriend wise, and they "ship" us, whatever that means.

"Nah, I think I'm just gonna hang with my number 1's for the rest of the night." I told her.

"Yay we're his number 1's!!" I heard Alec shout.

I chuckled, "Well just because I move to a different place in the world doesn't mean we just got being friends, Al."

He smiled big, and then started to frown while he looked behind me.

I turned around to see Alex standing there.

I was confused. Didn't I just tell my mom that I wanted to be alone? I like Alex and all, but I just really wanted to hang out/Oovoo with my friends, ya know?

"Oh. Sup Alex?" I asked.

"Nun much, dude. Bored as shit. Jade and Julie went shopping and left me alone," He said explaining while he's here.

"That Emmy and Alec?" He asked before coming up to the laptop.

"Yo sup Alex." Alec said

Alex greeted him with a nod.

"Hey Alex," Emmy said with a half smile. I could tell she wanted it to be just us.

"Am I interrupting a friend reunion?" Alex asked.

"No." I said

"Yes." Emmy said

We looked at each other.

"Uh, Kinda." I told Alex

"Well," He started. "You just do this, and I'll go hang out with your dad. He seems bored too."

I laughed and nodded. "I'll be down in about an hour. Are you staying for dinner?"

"Nah, Julie's cooking." He proclaimed.

"Good luck." I announced, knowing she's a really bad cook.

He rolled his eyes playfully and left my room.

I turned my attention back to Emmy and Alec just to see Emmy yawn. She looked so adorable I could not help the 'aw' that escaped my mouth. She looked even more beautiful when she started to blush. Hard. She always did get pretty shy when she does something she thinks is embarrassing

"Sorry you had to see that." She said covering her face. I could see Alec lying down on her bed in the background. He was playing on his DS so I know he was not paying any attention to us, meaning I could say whatever I wanted.

"It's okay. Don't be sorry, it was cute." I told her honest. I smiled really big when she started to smile and blush. Her smile was contagious and you could not help but smile when you see her's.

"So," I started. "How have you been?"

"I've been great!" She smiled, but there was something off about it. It was fake.

She did now know this, but I could tell the difference between her fake smile, and her real one. This one was defiantly fake.

"Don't lie to me, Em. Tell me how you really feel." I said softly.

Her smile fell and tears interned her eyes, but did not fall. Yet.

"I feel lost. Without you here, what's the point, ya know? I mean, I love Alec, really, but I can't kiss him or cuddle with him when I'm feeling lonely. I can't do the things I used to do with you, with him. I just feel like we're going to drift apart. Look at you. You've already made new friends and they love you. Maybe not soon, but you will forget about us, Ervin. We miss you a lot. And yes, I know. I sound really selfish right now, but it's only because I care so much. I love you."

I was beyond shocked. I had no idea she felt this way.

"Ervin!!? Ervin come here!!" I heard my mom start yelling and screaming

"What's wrong?!" Emmy asked, confused with a hint of scared in her voice.

"I don't know, but I'm going to-"

"ERVIN!!!?" I heard again

"I'll be back," I told her.

I ran out of my room and down the stairs to see my mom standing at the door with something in her hands. It looked big and fluffy. What was it?

"Uh mom? What's that?" I asked

"A dog! Someone let him here with a note saying to take care of him because they couldn't." She explained.

I looked at the dog. It was a small corgi. I looked at it in awe and then looked back at my mom. "Where did it come from?"

I walked closer to the small puppy and started to pet it, "I don't know. It just showed up here at our door. No note, No food, only a small dog in a basket."

"Can we keep her?" I asked in a awe voice.

She nodded while smiling and walked back over to dad. They watched me play with MY new dog. This was so exciting.

"Come on, sweetie." I signaled her to follow me upstairs after putting her down.

When we were in my room, I closed the door and sat in front of my laptop.

"Look what we just got!" I told Emmy while picking the dog up.

"Aww!!" Emmy screeched. She was as excited as me. But who could really blame her?

"Where did she come from?" Em asked

"I don't know. My parents just called me down and there was a dog on our front step." I explained.

"You are gonna keep her, right?" She asked.

"Of course, I wouldn't ever let a chance like this slip out of my hands." I told her.

She smiled, "What are you gonna name her?"

"Hmm. I don't know yet. What should I name her?" I asked

"Uh. Maybe after someone you love? Like your grandma? Or a cousin." Emmy told me.

"Or.. you." I smiled at her

"What? Me? Why? No."

"Why not? it's perfect. It'll be a good way to remember you, too." I explained.

She sighed, "Fine."

I smiled a big grin and looked back at the dog. "You heard that? Your name is Em now. Do you like that girl?"

Em, the dog, barked and rolled on her back in my arms, "I'll take that as a yes."
