A tan boy's hands stretched out over his head the moment the announcer announced that it was safe to take the seat-belts off.

Once out of the plane the boys gathered their luggages.

"Any message you got, Zayn?" his partner Louis asks him.

"Nope. Looks like we will have to wait somewhere 'til we recieve so kind of message." Zayn shrugged.

"Let's just get out of this air-port, yeah?"

Zayn rose his eye-brows in confusion.

"Too many people." Louis explained.

"Sure." Zayn nodded before taking the lead on their way out of the airport.

Bradford's weather was just as Zayn remembered it to be. Cloudy. Dark. Just like the aura of the city. Not a single sun-ray hit any object in Bradford directly. The light filtered from the dark clouds over-head. The younger Zayn always thought that the city was safe-guarded by the clouds until he was forced to become practical and mature.

Outside the airport the boys found something they hadn't thought of. A man in his mid-thirties stood with a board saying - "Zayn Malik and Louis Tomlison."

"Louis, look." Zayn said pointing towards the man.

"That's our cue." Louis smiled clearly relieved by the thought that they didn't have to walk.

They walked to the man holding the board smiling.

"That would be us." Zayn said pointing at the board.

"Only if you add a 'n' between the 'l' and the 'i'. It's T-O-M-L-I-N-S-O-N." Louis commented making Zayn roll his eyes.

"You're them?" the man asked pointing towards the board.

"We are." Zayn said, his eyebrows furrowing in confusion.

"I never thought boss would send me to pick-up two damned bratty teenagers." the man said his face twiching in disgust.

"Mind your tongue, buddy. It won't take me too long to cut it off." Zayn sneered.

"Chill-out, Zayn." Louis said rubbing Zayn's shoulder.

"Take our luggage, would you?" Louis ordered the man, his voice authoritative now that he knew the man was just a servant who was supposed to take them to the destination.

The man grummbled something inaudible while picking-up the boys' luggage but Louis and Zayn were too occupied in getting settled into the car to hear it.

"Where are you driving us to? The boss' place right?" Louis asked.

"Where on Earth is that shitty place?" the man said.

"Then where are you taking us?" Louis asked, concerned, looking at Zayn who was too lazy to care about anything.

"Some place the 'boss' told me. He's got a good ol' place for you to live in while you do your work." the man spoke harshly.

"Bratty teens get a great place to live." the driver cursed. He grumbled and grumbled about the boys.

That was enough to get Zayn angry.

"Listen whoever you are, you are just supposed to drive us to where the boss has told you, understand? I know you've got a light tongue which would make it easy for me to uproot it!" Zayn threatened the man his voice raising with each word.

The driver gulped in his seat. Now that he had known that one of his passengers was too hot-tempered to mess along with, he decided to zip it up for the drive.

In the back seat Zayn was staring out of the window. His eyes hungrily gulped in every single detail of the town. It had been six years since he had - or rather was forced to - leave the town. But it felt totally great to be here. Home.

The thought made him shudder. After-all there was nothing left to which he can address as home. If anyone didn't he knew how it felt to be home. To miss home.

Shaking the thoughts off Zayn's eyes traveled here and there finally landing on a snoring Louis. He felt sympathy overwhelming him at the sight of the boy who had without any complain accompanied him in every single one of his assignments. After-all he was just like Zayn.

Homeless.

The driver pulled-up near a small house.

"This is it!" the driver announced still in a voice saturated with fear.

"Wake-up, Louis. We're here." Zayn said reaching out to shake Louis shoulder.

"Yeah." Louis said sitting upright from his leaning position as he rubbed his eyes to get his vision clear.

"Get our luggage out." Zayn said glaring at the now silent driver.

The driver now worked like he should've right from the start. Let's just say he had underestimated the boys just like everyone else.

It truly boggled Louis that the boss could be human enough to give a home for Zayn and him to accommodate while on the mission. But he started to doubt the boss's good nature when he discovered that he had left a car with its keys right there.

"Why would he keep the keys right here?" Louis asked.

"He might've forgotten it." Zayn shrugged.

"Nobody, Zayn, nobody leaves the keys to their car right into the ignition." Louis explained still boggled.

"Then what do you think?" Zayn asked his fingers moving along the edges of the key of the Maserati which he believed that the boss might not have left here for a purpose.

"I guess he's trying to impress us." Louis said.

"Louis! This is no time for your swag, alright?" Zayn yelled.

"Oh c'mon! I was just saying that the boss might be trying to give us things so that we don't turn down the next assignment." Louis explained sitting on the bumper of the car.

"And why would we turn down the next assignment? Not to mention it would be like a suicide." Zayn said without any flicker of emotions across his face.

"The next one might be difficult." Louis shrugged unconvinced by his own answer,

"Which one wasn't?" Zayn sighed as he walked on his way to the living room.

Louis smirked at the sight of Zayn walking away after all with a car as beautiful as the one below him he couldn't resist but keep it's engine dead. Getting off the car Louis hurried to the door of the car. He started the car and it purred to start. He moaned at the sound. He was about to start the car when he saw Zayn standing right in front of it.

"You think that I would let you be with a Maserati and its keys?!" Zayn smirked.

"Get outta the way, Zayn."

"Gimme the keys. We are not using the car 'til the boss tells us to. I'm not taking no as an answer and I'm sick of this. Now get off." Zayn ordered

"Gosh!" Louis said getting out of the car.

"I'm going out." Zayn said suddenly sounding serious.

"To meet her?" Louis asked, scowling.

"To see her." Zayn mumbled almost inaudible.

"Okay." Louis nodded placing an arm on his friend's shoulder.
