A Date?

I woke up. Sun shining bright on the beautiful blue sky. I opened my window and took a breath of fresh air. I went to my bathroom for my routine. Got out and put on a cute light pink dress. Went down and ate a bowl of cereal.
"what should I do today?" I ask myself
"maybe I should go to visit my mom" I thought
I put on my white sneakers and went outside. Got on my bike and went to my moms house on the next street.
I leave my bike in front of her house and entered without knocking.
"mooom" I yell
"hello darling, how are you? " my mom asked while coming down the stairs
"I'm good, how about you? " I asked while hugging her
"Oh I'm good, have you called your dad to wish Brandon happy birthday?" mom said
"nah, I don't give a damn about dads spoiled kid" I said
"me neither" she laughed
"you're evil oh my God" I laughed harder
"yeah, but like his kids are so spoiled! When I was Brandons age I was still playing with toys" my mom, said
"oh the kids these days" I said rolling my eyes
"yeah... So, you know what I wanted to ask you since you we're here??"
"I think yes..."
"have you got a boyfriend yet?" mom asked
"the real question is have YOU got a boyfriend yet?" I asked
"I wish! But tell me, do you even have a date???" mom quickly asked
"No!" I said
"whyyyy"
"I don't know! Maybe love is just not my thing"
"oh shut up! You are my daugher! You know who I am, right?"
" the 'cherry bomb' of 1947" I said rolling my eyes
"Damn right! And I did not won that title for nothing! I had all the boys from this town wrapped around my little finger! And because you are my daugher, you are like a younger version of me!" mom proudly said.

After I got back home I layed on my sofa and thought
" I should see with Ben again, he is cute"
It was 9:43 pm and I wanted to go to the same club I went yesterday and see if I could find Ben again.
I did my make up and dress in a short black dress. I make my hair and go downstairs to get my high heels on.
I was ready to go. I called a taxi and went to the club.
I got there, everything was the same as it did yesteday . I searched for Ben a little more and I found him at the bar, drinking a glass of red wine
"Hey!" I said to Ben
"Oh Y/n! Hi! How are ya?" Ben asked me
"I'm good! How about you?"
"I'm good! Can we go outside a little bit? I have to ask you something"
"Yea sure"
We get outside and he lits up a cigarette.
"so.. I was thinking if you wanna hang out with me sometimes eh?" he asked
"Yeah sure! When do you wanna go out? And where?" I ask
"Maybe tommorow? At a little coffee shop I know?" Ben said
"Ellen's coffee shop?" I ask
"Yeah!"
"Like... A date?" I ask
"A date?" He said
"yeah, they say that it's 'the best coffee shop in London for your first date'" I laugh
"Well, we can go wherever you want!"
"No, it's ok! They have nice coffee there" I said
"Okay then! Tommorow at 5 pm?" Ben asked
"Yeah that's great!"

We drinked, joked and danced the rest of the night. He was dreamy. I really had a crush on him.

"Benny, tonight was great! I gotta go home now, i'm tired as fuck! See ya"
"see ya Y/n"

I went home and went in bed . I couldn't even sleep! I was thinking only about the fact that I'm going to have a date after all this time!
