Opposite! Completely opposite!
And yet, you were the piece that completed my
puzzle! My rambunctiousness met up with your simplicity.
My knowledge complimented your creativity. We
just fit...
You're one tiny piece that made me whole,
human. Emptiness no longer existed for me.
My soul was continent. Thriving in fact!
Then, for reasons unknown, the Master of my
puzzle decided to change your shape...No longer
a perfect fit...Emptiness returned.
I pushed and pulled and squeezed but you
wouldn't fit back in! Everything within me cried
out to you! "Please! Please, just come back!" But,
you chose not to listen. You chose to not care
about how much you hurt me. Still pretending like
nothing's happening.
Like a snowflake you were to me...irreplaceable.
No other piece can take your place, nor will I let
take your place. You left your mark deep within
me and I refuse to forget it.
However, now I am left incomplete. A part of me
has vanished. Without you there is no such thing
as me. No longer can I call myself a completed
puzzle.
