Dick sighed as he laid down on his bed and next to her. He threw an arm over her waist and tucked his chin against her shoulder, "You just stayed in bed all day?"

"I ate four cookies," Artemis muttered, "That's it," She didn't say anything more, probably because she didn't do anything else that day.

"You didn't hurt yourself again?"

"I wanted to, but I didn't," The blonde sat up and looked at him. In her eyes, Dick could tell she wasn't there. But he could tell part of her was fighting to be present.

Dick sat up with her, "Want to tell me what happened?"

"No."

"Please?"

"No," Artemis laid back down and turned away from him. The detective laid back down, too. He put a hand on her waist and gave her peck on the back of her neck.

"I just want to make sure you're okay. Not everyone wants to just throw you in the mental hospital and keep you there. And I know something happened because you cut yourself last night. I'm not dumb."

The blonde sighed, "I just want to stay right here until I have to go to work tomorrow. Please, can we just not talk about it?"

"I'm not getting up unless you do," The burnet breathed as he pulled her closer to him. Artemis nodded before closing her eyes.

Dick didn't pressure her anymore. He knew there were days where she wouldn't get out of bed or want to talk about how she was feeling. She would talk to him when she needed to. And now, she needed someone to hold her.

A/N: This is short, but I thought this would maybe help with my cutting and stuff. All I did today was stay in bed and eat four cookies. I might as well write something.
