Dib was sitting on his bed, thinking about ways to expose Zim; then Dib suddenly remembers that there was a fair that week, a fair that he really wanted to go to; but his dad, Professor Membrane, was homophobic and would most certainly not accept it. For you see, this was no ordinary fair... it was a Pride fair. Dib didn't know why, but he desperately wanted to go to said Pride fair. Meanwhile, Zim was still plotting on taking over the world. He came across a poster of the same fair, and thought to himself, "Hmm.. a fair? About human affection? I should get to this fair to learn about this..." After school, Dib snuck out of his house; and Zim just left. "GIR, I am going to a 'fair' to learn about human affection... don't cause trouble..!" "Okay, mastah~!!" Said GIR cheerfully. He left through the front door and started walking. Meanwhile, Dib was in his room, when he suddenly remembered that his window was unlocked. He never really locked his windows because of a less than stellar experience in his childhood, but now was the time to take advantage of this. He crawled out the window and ran like his life depended on it. Meanwhile, Zim was at the festival. Zim was in awe, he had never seen so many colors in one place before. "Zim wonders what he can do in this place..." The disguised alien whispered to himself, trying to find his way through the crowd. It was a bit difficult for him, due to him being short. Then he bumped into him... his enemy, Dib. Dib apologized to Zim and helped him up, but that still didn't prevent the shock when he saw who he had just helped up. "Zim?!" "Dib-worm?!" An awkward silence was shared between them, but it was quickly replaced with Dib desperately pleading to Zim to not tell his dad; tears swelling in the boy's eyes. Zim had agreed to not tell his father; after all, he didn't even know Dib's dad in the first place! During the time when they were at the fair, they had some of the best memories they've had in a while; Dib even got the rainbow flag painted on his cheeks while Zim was obtaining knowledge on the different types of affection. At the end of the day, they've certainly bonded and learned a lot. The two eventually stumbled their way to the back of a grocery store, and we're saying 'stumbling' because they were laughing so hard, they couldn't walk correctly. "So—so, let me get this straight... You were the one who put them Fire Ants in Mrs. Bitters' coat?! That's a freakin' death sentence; you lucky you didn't get caught!" Dib exclaimed, only to laugh hysterically because of what was just recently told to him. Once the two eventually calmed down, Zim asked a question; "what is kissing?" Dib paused, he looked to the ground in pure embarrassment as his rainbow-colored cheeks had turned crimson. "W-w-well... It's w-when two people p-put their lips together, it's how humans show affection..." The scythe-haired boy was completely embarrassed, he had never stuttered so badly in his life. "well... I want to do this 'kissing' thing with the Dib~" Before Dib could say anything, he and the alien locked lips. The two of their tongues intertwined, fighting for dominance; meanwhile, Dib's hands snuck up Zim's back. The two parted their lips, a string of saliva connecting the two. "... woah... you're a good kisser.." Dib realized the gravity of what he had just done, and began to panic. "Oh my god... see you later, Zim!" Dib said before running back to his house. Unfortunately, Dib's sister, Gaz, just so happened to be walking down the street because of the Pokémon Go craze. Gaz was peacefully walking around, trying to look for Pokémon (I hope she gets a Charizard ^_^), her brother ran into her top speed and almost causing her to drop her phone on the hard pavement. "Dib-! What the f—, UGH!" Gaz said, so angry that she couldn't even speak properly. Dib's anxiety was getting really bad, to the point where he was shaking. "GAZ, I'M SO SORRY, PLEASE DON'T TELL DAD..!" Dib yelled, he was downright sobbing at this point. "... Oh, come on.." Gaz said, taking something out of her purse, "Dad doesn't have to know everything we do." She pulled out some makeup wipes, and thankfully managed to wipe away the LGBT flag off her brother's cheeks. The two kids walked home, and Gaz had to make up a lie so that Dib couldn't get into any trouble. "You owe me five bucks for that.."; Gaz, despite being mean and having a militant demeanor, can be somewhat compassionate—even to Dib.
