To be honest, this one is kind of a bust. I wrote this down in a flight of fancy, and while I may have at one point had a plan for this... It's long since flown the coop.
Maybe I'll rewrite this, but until then you are welcome to adopt the story, take pieces of it and run, or whatever else.
To put it simply, the end game had Arthur killing the two dragon gods, Ciel taking Albion from Valli. Kuroka, Tiamat, Rias, basically most of the canon women fall in love with Arthur. Also the hero faction teamed up with Arthur since he was proof that humans were superior.
Another note to add is that while Arthur never got familiars he did get a lot of willing supernatural allies. Most SCPs were granted amnesty and freedom of they served with him and the only sapient ones that didn't join him were the ones that truly hated humanity, such as the lizard.
Reincarnates of heroes past also joined up with Arthur. These heroes were all from the Nasuverse, including Jalter, Jeanne, Artoria (all versions, yes it was supposed to have been confusing), and more. Tamamo was one of them.
Arthur even teamed up with other Emperor Candidates. This would have included alternate versions of Midoria Izuku, Uzumaki Naruto, Monkey D Luffy, Jaune Arc, and more.
Again, I apologize for this. I hope those of you that wanted to see more can forgive be for my failure.
