Chapter 12: Detention

Mina's POV

"Sana I don't want to go on a date with him!" I complained to her as we're walking down the hallway.

"Well I don't know what to tell you mina, you're the one that agreed to go with him" she responded and I continued to complain and she kept on giving me the same look and response.

"But you tricked me into it"

"Well if you don't want to go with him then go tell him yourself that you don't want to go," she said and I wondered why I didn't I do that earlier.

"Okay, do you know where he is right now?" I asked and she shrugged.

"I don't know right now, but I do know that he goes to the rooftop during lunch sometime."

"How do you know that?"

"I saw him go up there."

"Okay, thanks you."

It's now lunchtime, and I left my class immediately and started walking to the rooftop, as I got to the top floor I looked down the hallway and I spotted Y/N slowly walking up the flight of stairs that led up to the roof. I started jogging trying to catch him but as I got near the stairs he disappeared.

'What's with him and being fast at walking upstairs?'

I quickly jogged my way up the stairs and open the rooftop door, I step on the roof and looked around and he wasn't anywhere to be seen

"Mina?" I voice behind me said, I jumped and screamed, I turning around and it was just Y/N hold a watering pot.

"Sorry to startle you" he apologizes and I just waved it off.

"So what brings you up to the rooftop? Not a lot of people come up here," he asked as he walks past me and to the flower pots and started watering them.

"Well I'm here to tell you something," I said as I'm walking over to him, he look over at me and raised an eyebrow.

"I don't want to go on our date," I said, and he simply nodded and turned back to watering.

"Are you not going to say anything?" I asked and he shrugged his shoulders.

"I knew you were going to say this," he responded.

"Well then, there is nothing more for me to say so I'll be going now" And as I walk away I slipped on a puddle of water, I fell back and waited for the impact but I didn't hit the floor, I turned around and y/n caught me but with the momentum of the fall I push him back and he hit the railing. The impact shook the Rail causing one of the flower pot to fall off the edge.

"Shit" he cursed out and jumped up and looks over the railing

"Y/N!" The sound of someone yelling, he turned back to me and helped me get up

"You okay?" He asked and I nodded.

"Who just called you?" I asked and he turned his head to towards the railing and back to me.

"Teacher," he said bluntly and then grabbed me by the shoulder "you need to get out of here," he said and I looked at him confused.

"A teacher is coming up here and if you stay you'll get in trouble," he explained, "now go!" He commanded and nudges me away from him. I open the door and ran down the stair but when I got to the last flight I saw a teacher at the end of the hallway.

"Hey you, student!" The teacher called, and I panicked and ran back up to Y/N.

"What are you doing here?!" He asked when he saw me again.
