Interview:

What's the name and genre to your story?

Persistent Silence, which is a paranormal/horror story

What made you decide to write this story?

I have begun a fun obsession with "The Slender Man", who is featured in many youtube and blog stories. However, there wasn't story in a literature type format, so I decided to write it.

Do you enjoy writing as a hobby or a profession?

I would love to make it a profession, but for now it's just a hobby. I plan on self-publishing Persistent Silence sometime next year.

Are you working on any other projects? I try not to when I'm working on a main project like Persistent Silence. I have other stories that I've wrote, but mainly I stick to one story until it's done.

Is your story complete? If not, when do you think it will be?

I hope to have the rough draft completed by the end of October, so I can start on edits for November and be completely done by December.

What would be your advice to beginning authors? Writing is a skill--it's so much more than putting words on paper. The first 100,000 words anyone writes will probably be garbage, but writing them down is the only way to improve. Writer's write.

What is your favorite story on Wattpad? I don't think I have any. I don't normally get a chance to read while I'm on here, unfortunately. Although, I do like "Surviving the STRIP".

Why is it your favorite?

I have yet to read another story with the same premise.

Who inspired you to write? I think a lot of why I write is because I love the feeling I have when someone falls in love with something I created. There's no words to describe that feeling.

What was your favorite comment ever left on your story?

To start off, I call the Slender Man "The Gentleman" in Persistent Silence, and someone commented "The Gentleman...just amazing..I love that nickname for him. I would call him Mr. Tenticle Hentai Man..." I fell over laughing when I read that. The user is lovebeforehate :)

Review: This story you would enjoy because it is filled with emotions right in the beginning. The impact that it will have is such intense. But also, you will enjoy this story because it flows nicely and not any grammical mistaske, well I can find anyway, even though the nick name is confusing just a tad, but other than that it is great. And it is short too, so there is no doubt that you will be able to finish this story in no time. :)
