Chapter Nine

Bakugo's P.O.V

I woke up and looked around. Ugh wait..did I just sleep with Kirishima!!?? I sat up and looked around again. This was my new house..am I back in the present? I grab my cellphone. No am two weeks away from it. I sigh and got up. I need to make a game plan. I walked into my kitchen and started making breakfast. My cell rings as I started to flip my egg. "Hello" I said answering it after pressing speaker. "Hey Bakubro good morning" said Kirishima.

"Good morning...how did I take the excuse?" I asked as I grabbed a plate. I heard a gasp and something drop. "Oi you okay?" I asked as I plate my egg. "Uh yeah..am good. Just almost broke my foot. Hey where are you? Are you home still?" He asked. "Uhmm..yeah just woke up" I said placing bacon on to the pan. "Okay am coming over..am just at the gym so give me a minute to shower. See ya soon" he said before hanging up. I lift an eyebrow at my phone. He was quick to change his shelde. I sigh and fry my bacon. I plate my bacon and grab my plate. I walked over to my bar like sideboard and sat down on a stool.

After I finished eating and cleaned up my mess I heard a knock at my door. I sighed and walked over to it. I opened the door and Kirishima hugs me tightly. I was shocked and froze for a second before hugging him back. "What's that for?" I asked with a lifted brow as he part. He laughed and leaned in for a kiss. "I missed you" he said smiling. I blush and moved aside so he could walk in. I closed the door as Kirishima sat down on my couch. "Well I haven't died yet so ...I think we're past it" he said as I sat down in the chair across from him. "No...two weeks from now is when it happened" I said looking down at the carpet. Kirishima looked at me and then  down at his feet with a frown.

"What if we take a week vacation during that week? That way ..we miss it?" Said Kirishima looking up at me. I looked at him. "I doubt we could find someone to cover for us in time and I don't like taking vacations..it looks strange" I said in thought. "Hmm true but I bet Denki and Mina could cover for us and we can just take that day off" said Kirishima looking at me. I looked at him then twords the large glass window that faced the mountains. "That might work but..the Villians are strong. One of them might..you know" I said looking back at him. He sighs and frowns. "Yeah ..I don't want that either. Well I mean you know what their quirks are and what they do, right? We could just come up with a plan and defeat them" said Kirishima smiling. That's true. "That's risky but it could work" I said crossing my arms. Besides if anyone is going to die this time around it was going to be me.

"Hey uh..when we do take them on..will you finally be you?" Whispered Kirishima. "Yeah..I am assuming so. My future conscience will just be me.. it will be present time no more going forward" I said looking at him. He smiled. "If it was a second chance quirk then it will wear off after the time it was used" I said looking at him as he stood up. He walked over to me and hugs me. I lift a brow wnd hug him back. "I love you a lot Bakugo" He whispered into my ear softly. My eyes widened. "I..uh..I love you too" I whisper back. He hums and leans back in my arms. Our lips touch and I melt into our kiss. Yeah if this plan  goes south I will be the one to die for him.
