Septic evidently liked the kitten more than he let on. The other egos noticed this straight away but didn't dare to tease him about it. Trouble, the kitten, had a sort of routine now after a week of being there and it revolved entirely around Septic.

Trouble would sleep on his pillow and then when he woke up, she would try to follow him in the bathroom. When he came out dressed and clean, she would climb up onto his shoulder and perch, purring  and nuzzling against the side of his face and head. At first Septic hated it and tried to get her to stop but with as stubborn as she was, he finally just relented and let her do as she pleased.

She would either stay perched on his shoulder, cuddled into his lap or walking at his side with him. Anti would sometimes tease him about it and Septic would try and get Trouble to attack him but unfortunately, Trouble liked Anti, too. She liked the other egos well enough besides them but not as much. She adored Septic as if he was her dad and Anti wouldn't stop gushing about it.

A week in to having her around, Septic would take up the duty of feeding her and giving her treats like tuna and ice cream. It was safe to say now that Trouble had Septic wrapped around her little paw. Anti would even catch him cooing at her much to his embarrassment.

Currently, Septic had Trouble in his arms, lightly stroking her ear as he watched some TV. Anti was next to him also scratching Trouble's chin. Her purrs were so loud, you could hear her from the next room!

Marvin glared at the kitten. It was clear he was jealous. He had found the kitten, after all, so why didn't she like him petting her? He still had scratches from his many attempts.

Chase, Jackie, JJ and Schneep were scattered about the house doing their own things for the evening but that was soon to stop.

Suddenly the TV blared a low signal and the picture stopped. A warning appeared on the screen and the weather automatically turned on.

Jackie rushed down the stairs, "There's a storm coming, guys! It doesn't look too bad for there to be a tornado but we're gonna have thunderstorms tonight"

Anti suddenly glitched a little. Septic looked over at him curiously, "The hell you glitching for?"

"Nothing" Anti blushed, trying to calm himself.

He always HATED thunderstorms.

Marvin hummed, "You alright, Anti?"

Suddenly the sound of thunder boomed nearby and Anti glitched like mad, making Trouble hiss. Septic paid her no mind, seeing more that Anti was having some problems of his own in trying to stay calm. He knew from being a part of Anti for so long that he didn't like storms but now he could clearly see why it bothered him so much. Storms caused him to glitch and the sudden sounds thunder and the harsh lightening made it worse. It almost looked like Anti was in pain when glitching from it.

"Hey I heard the thunder!" Chase came running down, "Is Anti alright?!"

He saw Anti holding his head in his hands trying to cease it, hissing every time he lost control.

Soon, everyone was in the living room and Chase held Anti to his side on the couch, "Hey it's alright, dude. It's just some thunder. You'll be okay."

Septic wasn't really worried until Trouble started to shiver. She was scared, too. Septic wasn't happy about that.

With a small hum, Septic held Trouble closer to his chest. The calm beating of his heart eventually relaxed the kitten back to purring and she licked his fingers as if trying to bathe him in thanks. But Anti was still glitching. Chase was holding him and trying to calm him but it wasn't working very well.
