You and Niall were comfortably travelling across the sky in his private plane with some of his management when you began to get bored. The two of you were at the back of the plane whilst Niall's team sat right at the front, discussing tour and album release dates. Silently, you peered out of the window, watching as the large and fluffy clouds changed around you when you felt the sudden touch of Niall caressing your knee.
"Someone woke up from their nap then," you teased with a grin, looking over to see Niall's sleepy blue eyes.
"Yeah, I didn't sleep very well," he sighed, running fingers through his waves of messy hair.
"Well I'm glad your awake to keep me company," you added, causing Niall to break into a smile.
"I'm bored, there's nothing to do," you blurted out after a few minutes of chatting with each other.
"Lets try and find something to watch," Niall said sweetly as you started to rest your head on his shoulder.
After about ten minutes of scrolling through the selection of movies on the planes TV, Niall put the remote back on the table next to him, letting out a heavy sigh.
"Ugh the movie selections on planes are never good," he frowned, leaning into your side.
"It's okay Ni, we should be landing in about half an hour anyway," you reassured him, trying to lift Niall's spirits.
Cutely, Niall reached for your hand and held it tightly, intertwining your fingers with one another's. Gently, you rubbed your thumb across his fair skin, making small patterns with your nail. You nuzzled the crevice of Niall's neck, placing a small kiss on his collar bone before he rested his chin on top of your head.
You patiently waited as the plane traveled through the wispy clouds, breaking through streaks of light every now and then before pulling up safely at the airport.
