Capitolo 38

November 8th 1986,

Jovani lead Samira up the steps of the private jet carefully since he blind folded her. "Oh it sounds like a plane."

Jovani just chuckled as he kept her close to him. "Maybe."

"Are we going to Italy? No that seems too predictable." She mumbled. "Just shush." Jovani rolled his eyes.

Samira huffed and sat back. "I'm a curious person! You have me blind folded on an airplane."

"I could have you blind folded in my bed if you'd prefer?" He teased but was also kind of serious. "Jovani Madden Giordano." She shy scolded him. Somewhere she knew he could probably convince her into doing that. Her horizons have been expanded.

"Relax Samira I promise you it's gonna be amazing just be patient." Jovani kisses her cheek. Samira tried to kiss his lips but missed making Jovani laugh harder.

He tucked her into his side and exhaled in peace. He was happy. He was really really happy. Jovani doesn't think he smiled so much in his life until he and Samira got together.

The flight felt never ending for some reason. Maybe it was the fact that Samira has been blind folded this whole time but she was so excited to see where Jovani was taking her.

"Go to sleep Sam I can literally feel you thinking." Jovani grumbled. She sighed before resting her head on his shoulder and letting sleep take over. Once she finally drifted Jovani admired her. He couldn't imagine anyone else he'd rather be with. Samira is all he's ever wanted. "I love you mia vita." He kissed her forehead.

"Mr. Giordano and Ms. Howard we have landed in your destination." The flight attendant spoke up waking the couple up hours later.

Samira yawned reaching for her blind fold when Jovani popped her hand. "Ow! We are here!" She pouted.

"I told you I would tell you when to take off the blindfold. Don't touch it Samira." He scolded her making her frown and sit back.

"Let's go I promise you'll get to take it off soon." He scooped her out of her seat. Samira held her arms around his neck and kicked her feet careless as he carried her off the plane.

The first thing she recognized was the heat and humidity. "Oh my goodness where are we?"

"Wow." Jovani couldn't even believe his eyes. "Jovani I wanna see, it's been hours!" She whined. "Soon." He answered and she sighed again as he carried her to the car.

In the car he sat her on her lap. As he got to excitedly stare out the window. "It smells like the ocean. I can hear water." Samira notes.

Jovani didn't say anything he just continued to stare out of the window in awe. "You'll love it Samira holy sh*t it's beautiful... it's what I always imagined it would be." He whispered the last part so she couldn't hear.

She pinched him. "Now you're just bragging." Jovani laughed pulling her closer.

"Almost there Ms." The driver responded. "Thank you I appreciate some one letting me know something of value." She huffed.
