The Beta's Rogue

Eleven

"We won!" The top warrior shouted in victory. Everyone cheered and started cleaning the mess up. Jacob ran around shouting my name until he saw me.

"Thank goodness your alive." He said hugging me.

"Same goes to you." I said hugging him back. We stopped some warrior to go let the children and women out and told everyone to worry about the mess later and that we were meeting up with our mates. Jacob walked in the front and and I walked in the back. It took a week of fighting to finish the war. I watched with Jacob as all the warriors go to their mates. Then our eyes landed on Addyson and Alyssa. Addyson was skinny again and holding a baby.

"Jacob I'm an uncle." I said shaking him.

"I'm a dad." He whispered. I stayed in my spot as Jacob went over to Addyson and held his son. I was watching Alyssa from a distance as she tried to find me. Her eyes formed tears and I smiled slightly.

"Alyssa." I said loud enough for her to hear me. She turned and saw me standing with my arms open for her. She ran towards me and jumped into my arms. I wrapped my arms around her as her tears soaked my shirt. I held her close to me inhaling her scent I missed so much. I pulled away from our hug and held her face between my hands and pressed my lips to hers. It was a soft kiss filled with love and passion. I pulled away and dropped to one knee. What she didn't know is the day she went shopping with my sister I questioned the rogues she was with and they told me she has always dreamed of her mate proposing to her. Her hands flew to her mouthe and I smiled.

"Alyssa, I can't put how much I love you into words. And I know I'm no good at speeches but I didn't have any help with this one since I wanted it to be a surprise. Before you came into my life I was an emotionless monster who would kill a rogue without second thought. But ever since I found you I couldn't imagine being the old me I used to be. I love you so much and I can't lose you. So will you make me the happiest wolf and man alive and become Alyssa Reynolds?" I asked looking at her with hopeful eyes.

"Yes. A million times yes." She said as she leaped into my arms the second I stood up. I smiled and slipped the ring on her finger and gave her another kiss.

"Now where is my nephew." I said holding Alyssa close to me. Jacob came over with his son and I held him close to me.

"Just wait until your cousin is born. You two will be inseparable." I whispered with a smile. I held him until he started crying. I winced and gave him back to Jacob and covered my ears whimpering slightly.

"You'll have to get used to it Aidyn." Alyssa said laughing.

"Yeah but not right now." I said. Alyssa smiled and kissed my cheek. We all went into the pack house and I grabbed some food and groaned in delight. I grabbed some more food and turned to see Marilyn and Addyson shaking their heads at me.

"You're going to get fat." They said in unison making people laugh. I pulled my shirt up and shrugged before walking off. I took another bite and wrapped my arm around Ashley.

"Real food first. You next." I whispered in her ear before eating again. Once I finished I took her upstairs and she became a moaning mess in my bed.

"Aidyn- oh shit nevermind." Jacob's voice said. I growled and pulled Alyssa's bare body to me. She laid her head on my chest and cuddled closer to me. I opened my eyes and saw the door closed and I pulled the blanket higher on my body. We were peacefully asleep until the door opened and Addyson smacked my head. I yelped and looked at her with a glare.

"Get out." I said with no emotion.

"Get up and help Jacob." She shot back.

"I will now get out so I can get dressed." I growled.

"Whatever. Hurry up." She said and disappeared. I groaned and kissed Alyssa's mark and got up heading to the bathroom. I quickly showered and walked out pulling clothes on and walking to meet Jacob.

"Finally." He muttered.

"Shut up." I said. He put his hands up in surrender and we walked off. I was off in my own world when I ran into Jacob and growled loudly.

"Back away slowly Aidyn." He whispered to me.

"Why?" I asked quietly.

He pointed to the living room and there stood wolves that looked like Alyssa. I started walking backwards slowly and looked at Jacob.

"Who are they?" I whispered.

"Her older brothers they are also rogues so don't make them mad." He whispered back.

I stiffened and walked up the stairs before walking into my room where Alyssa sat looking at me.

"Where were you?" She asked.

"I was supposed to be training wolves but apparently your older brothers appeared and changed my plans." I said.

"They're alive?" She asked in shock.

"I mean they're standing outside in the living room." I said shrugging.

She smiled and quickly got dressed and dragged me downstairs. We passed Jacob and I tried to grab onto him but missed. He smirked and waved bye before following us downstairs.

"Why haven't you came back to the cave in the past year Alyssa?" They asked as they saw her.

"I found my mate. He can give you guys a home here." She said looking at me with hopeful eyes.

"Beta Aidyn is your mate?" They asked.

"Yeah. What's wrong with that?" She asked.

"Aidyn Reynolds you are so dead!" I heard my sister shout as her and her mate walked down with pink hair. I stiffened and slowly backed away.

"Have fun talking to your brothers sweetheart. I gotta run or I won't be here to help raise our kid. I love you." I said quickly and kissed her cheek before running from my sister and her mate who where right behind me. I got outside and shifted leaping over some pack members and running off.

I then was tackled and I saw a rogue. I mind linked Alyssa and asked about her brothers but she said they were still there. I howled loudly as he bit into my side and blood rushed out. My sister came out and killed him and I shifted looking at the wound. I pulled on black shorts and touched near the wound and groaned. It was deep and I was lucky if it missed any of my organs. My mate's scent got stronger and both her and her brothers appeared. Blood was rushing out of my wound as Gabe tried to stop it.

"Stay awake Aidyn. Marilyn and Alyssa need you." He said as we waited for help.

"Just carry my to the hospital." I growled out with a groan.

"It's too risky." He said. He pulled his shirt off and pressed it to my wound. I growled and shifted with a lot of pain. I got up limping to the hospital cause if we waited any longer then I wasn't going to make it. Alyssa shifted and pressed her body against the bad side and helped me and soon her brothers joined.

I got to the hospital and got in shifting again before everything went black.
