The Apocalypse

"ACE!"

~Blaise's pov~

 "Do you think me and Ash could join you with the others..?" Mirage asked, her green wolf like ears twitching. I nod, Ash makes another cat like sound. I watch as him and Mirage go back and forth speaking in cat. 

  After a few minutes we were already almost to the hideout.  Once we were finally there I opened the door allowing them to walk in before I looked around and walked in myself locking the door. "What is this place..?" Mirage asked. 

  "O-Old... h-h-house," I say and shrug. I walk into the kitchen where everyone else was. "Heya Blaise," Shadow, one of the phantom warriors said.  "Who are they!?" Mavis questions looking to Mirage and Ash. "I'm Mirage, one of the Dreamers, and this is Ash, he knows the Nightmares somehow," Mirage explains

  "Blaise is my friend's brother," She added. I nod, looking to Mirage and Ash and then looking back at everyone. "We thought maybe we could join you since your also survivors," She said. Everyone sent glances towards each other. I just stood there as I looked at all of them

~Quissen's pov~

   I watched as Alok spun one of the little knobs on the radio to change the channel. "I'm gonna check on Ace..." Cassidy said walking out of the room. I sigh and look at the ground. I heard a scream come from the room and jumped up. 

  Everyone ran to the room "What's wrong!?" Ivy asked. "A-Ace i-i-is g-gone!" Cassidy exclaims. "WHAT!?" I question. "He wouldn't just leave!" Axel says. "Unless... I was right about whatever Ace had not being a fever..." I say looking at the ground.

   "Quissen I'm sure that's not it..." Axel said. "Then what is it Axel!? Suddenly Ace is fine and he just walked off without saying anything!?!?" I question looking at him, my fist clenched. My eyes teared up, if Ace was... undead... it meant he didn't remember anything...

  Anything about his family, his past, who he is at all. It means he's not himself... It means I just lost my brother..."AIEEEEEEEEEE!" we all heard a scream from downstairs, we run down and see Ace, attacking Autumn. 

  Ace was stumbling, trying to grab and bite Autumn. My eyes widened, so it was true... Ace was undead. "ACE!" Axel yelled. Ace turned his head looking at Axel, his eyes wide, they weren't their normal brown anymore... they were red. 

  Ace launched at Axel trying to grab him.   "ACE STOP!" I yell desperately. It did nothing, he kept trying to launch at Axel. "ACE!" I grabbed him by the shoulders getting in his line of sight. What am I doing..?  He's not himself why would he listen...

  Ace stared up at me, he wasn't attacking, why? He tilted his head and reached a hand to my face moving my mask to the side so it only covered half. I noticed his eyes change color, they were red but... Now they were back to brown..."Quissen, don't move-"

Arakan had a gun in his hand pointing it to Ace. "Wait-" I say quickly. "Quissen  I know he's your brother but he's not Ace anymore, we have to kill him..." Axel said looking at the ground. "Just wait OK!?" I question looking at them all.
